  Very good staff, friendly and helpful, nice room, big bathroom, also has a kitchen in the room.Quiet hotel and value for money! the only bad thing is the area as you feel kind of scared to walk in the night

  Friendly and professional receptionist at check-in. Good improvement from some years ago, when it was a bit dodgy to get there, the area didn't seem to be safe, the hotel itself wasn't clean , particularly in the main hall downstairs. This time it seems as though a lot of work has been put into upgrading cleanliness, outlook, service and comfort of the place. The area was more safe, and to my surprise pretty quiet. Proximity to public transport and shops. Apartment was comfortable, with a kitchenette, which came in handy to prepare own meal . Plenty of interesting cultural places to visit. Keep in mind that you'll have to pay a deposit, in case of any incidents. Hopefully to get it back if you keep the apartment in good order, as it was upon arrival. Just be sure to take photos or a video of the state of the apartment upon your arrival and when you leave. A much better stay than before. Thank you!   Very good value for money. The property is conveniently located close to the tram stop and about a 10-minute walk from the metro station.The Philharmonic and the Conservatory are also within a 10-minute walk.The accommodation was clean.   It looked so good online, but unfortunately for me it was a very bad experience. Although the stuff were pretty good and helpful, the hotel itself let me down big time. I had a room on the 4th floor and the moment I came out of the lift it hit me the smell. It smelled like someone was cooking tripe or something really nasty and then I thought maybe the room will be clean and okay, but it smelled like someone was smoking next to me the whole time. Luckily I didn’t spend too much time in there. Sad…
