    Lovely hotel... but misleading listing

    This is a really nice hotel in a lovely location, super cute quiet neighbourhood very close to the metro. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful, very good air conditioning which was appreciated during hot weather! I would definitely recommend for solo travellers or couples. My only gripe was a lack of places to hang towels in the bathroom when wet. A hook or two on the back of the door would be good. However, the main issue was that we booked a 2-bedroom suite which on checkin we were informed did not exist. The only room with 2 beds (travelling with my brother so we didn't really want to share) was a tiny twin room. There was not really any alternative for us and we were not offered a refund.

    Staying here took away the romance of Paris

    The hotel rooms are really rundown and in desperate need of repair. Even the hotel key fob is held together with sellotape (see photo). Staying here really took away the romance of Paris - after seeing the beautiful sites you return to what can only be described as a backpackers room.     More like a 2 star. Hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The lobby is extremely pretty but then you go up to your room and it’s a bit shabby. We stayed in 302 which was right next to the lift - therefore heard the lift go up and down all night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, Hôtel just needs some investment and love.
