    Terrible staff, rock hard beds, showers flood the bathroom

    Take your hard earned money and spend it at literally any other hotel. The front desk staff is beyond rude, dismissive, a liar, and rooms in most hostels are better. The bed was hard as a rock and the shower didn’t drain. I regret renting this hotel and can’t believe we paid to stay here.

    Nice quaint hotel, great location, walkable and metro close by. Quiet area, nice Juliet balcony. Breakfast was better than most restaurants for the same price.

    This hotel is in a fantastic location—an easy walk to buses and the metro, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and a lovely square right across the street. We were able to walk to many major sights, including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Panthéon, and the Luxembourg Gardens.Our room was clean and a comfortable size for two, with a good bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The elevator is quite small, fitting only one person with luggage, so keep that in mind if you’re staying on an upper floor. We were on the 2nd floor and happily used the stairs. Breakfast is also available, which is convenient if you’d like a quick bite before heading out for the day.

    I'm going to give this three-star hotel 2.5 stars. Somehow this place just misses. The front desk wasn't welcoming and the room was a little bit off. It just didn't feel good, it wasn't nicely put together. The table was a small plastic table and the chairs were small plastic chairs. The size was generous and the bed was comfortable. There were thumping noises throughout the night for three nights - I'm not sure if they came from inside the hotel or from the street, sounded like inside the hotel to me. Regardless the thumping went on sporadically all night. I didn't love being here but I'd be willing to return if it were all that was available.

    Most horrible customer service ever!!!

    Horrible experience!!! We had to cancel due to medical emergency and they gave us the run around. Refused to refund and were extremely rude. Stay away this is the worse hotel in Paris. I would never recommend anyone to stay there or deal with the worst customer experience in the city. The hotel manager is lacking empathy and should not be allowed to work there.
