    Great rooms, staff and neighborhood

    Beautiful, well-appointed rooms and common areas, with extremely helpful front desk staff in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. Both the street-facing and courtyard-facing rooms are nice; the choice will depend on if you want good light and don't mind some street noise (but only until 11pm). Buffet breakfast is expensive; a la carte options were fine but be sure to say that you want a la carte or you may be charged for the buffet.     Some Improvement Needed

    You cannot beat the location. It is great. But to be honest, some small improvements would go a long way to improve the customer experience. There was black mold in the shower. This is an important health issue to address. Smaller issue is the pillows. Hardest pillows of any hotel I have experienced.     Lovely hotel in a very convenient spot with friendly staff and easy walk to shops, restaurants and places of interest. Very comfortable and clean rooms and ensuite facilities. Only issue was shower tray is very slippery - one of our group slipped and fell. Hotel did not have any non-slip mats available. Would definitely stay again.
