    No control for air conditioning, either very cold or stationary. No soap in vending machines, not much toilet paper.The welcome leaves much to be desired, the staff is not courteous, The breakfast place, not air conditioned, narrow, The price of breakfast 9.5 euros is not justified and we must restrict ourselves.     We stayed at the Herblay b&b hotel.The rooms smell of cigarettes, the beds are broken.Hotel to avoid is a disaster for a renowned hotel chain.Customer service does not wish to refund the stay despite this. Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.com. View originals.

    Thank you for no longer suggesting this hotel to me when I rated it very poorly compared to the disappointing services+++for the exorbitant price of €170.00...a real waste in the outdoor parking lot, room doors that do not seal... .not even acceptable for a lower price!
