  Very disappointing and worrying

  I recently stayed at the B&B Hotel Lieusaint and had a very unpleasant experience. Indeed, the hotel debited €80 from my credit card without any prior authorisation, claiming that this was due to a breach of their internal rules regarding the smoking ban. I am a non-smoker, and when I arrived in my room, she already smelled of cold tobacco. This seems to me not only unjustified, but close to fraud.In addition, the staff entered my room without even knocking on the door, while we were in a very intimate position. This has been extremely embarrassing and unacceptable. No respect for privacy has been shown, which is a very serious matter for an establishment that is supposed to offer a quality service.I strongly advise against this hotel because of the very questionable payment management and lack of respect for guests.   Good hotel on one night before arrive to airport. Clean and fresh painted. Not good to stay long time. No fridge in room. Staff is good and professional. Price is reflected to quality of this hotel. Breakfast is poor ,but you will not be hungry

  In English below tooComme déjà noté l'hôtel est flambant neuf et l'accueil est au niveau de la qualité présente. Sans fioritures mais efficace. L'accueil, à l'arrivée et tout au long du séjour, à été excellent et chaleureux. Une excellente adresse pour rayonner dans le sud de Paris mais aussi pour aller dans Paris si vous êtes en voiture. Vous bénéficier d'un grand centre commercial à 10 minutes.As already mentioned in early reviews this hotel is very new and benefit from an excellent condition. Everything needed is there for a business or a private stay. Well positioned for a visit in the large suburb of Paris (Fontainebleau, Disneyland, ...) it allows also a quick connection to Paris downtown if you wish to use your car. The warm welcome is outstanding and make it a place of choice despite being in an industrial suburb.A large shopping mall is 10 minutes away and allow easy access during weekdays and Saturday.
