  positive surprise - good place for short affordable stay close to disney

  We did not have great expectations before arrival. Already happy to find a place to stay vlose to disney for an acceptable price. The hotel though surprised us positively. It is very clean and quiet, although rather small but functional. The rooms have been renovated appraently and look pretty nice. The breakfast is a real delight for the price you pay for it. The check in could be more effeicient due to a rather complicated way of looking up reservations, we lost quite some time as they did not find our second room at first glance. But overall if you are looking for a short stay, with not all too much of expectations on extras, this is a great place to be. The scores on tripadvisor suggest mediocrity that underrates the quality of the hotel. We are used to stay in 4 star hotels, but this 2 star was very ok for us and the kids.   Clean stay for one night

  Good for the budget price. Small rooms as per pictures and wouldn't base my whole trip there as with small family we like more room but ideal for 1 night before heading to Disney property hotel. It was clean, beds were comfortable enough and staff at reception were friendly.   Stay away - students are not welcome We booked this hotel for a school trip to Disney and Paris. The hotel is not fit for this purpose. There is no communal area apart from a very small lobby with two stools and 2 vending machines. Students/staff not welcome in small dining area.The rooms are very small, cases don’t fit under the bed. Issues with the sink were reported but not fixed. Latissa the main receptionist was polite to the adults/teachers in our party, however, to the children she was most unwelcoming and rude. Ironically, she called the British children rude and french children demons. One guest was allocated a room in the centre of our party. Not good planning, when there was a third floor with empty rooms. However, we had two very busy days so students were tired and after showering settled down quickly. Latissa informed us that, there was a complaint, on our 2nd night, about the noise, when we had just arrived back from Paris city centre??? On leaving, Latissa took €400 euros from our deposit citing the students had made too much noise on the second night. This is a scam. The students made no more noise than any other adult.Thankfully, after a few phone calls and emails to our travel company Latissa gave our deposit back in full. As you can imagine, this was not welcome conflict. Wish we had looked on trip advisor first, before, just taking the hotel the travel company had recommended. And you continue to prove it with your false statements.During the first 2 days you confused the hotel with a play area, the adults had no authority over the children (even though some tried but to no avail). The staff you appointed came several times to point out the problem, but you did absolutely nothing.The children played, ran and shouted in the corridors every moment they were present in the hotel and until 1am on the first 2 days. They also set off our fire doors on the 2nd floor (we have all the proof we need, unlike you).You disturbed all the other guests of our hotel to such an extent that we had to refund rooms, offer breakfasts, offer several nights.You have had the service for which you paid a 2 star hotel, no more and no less, if you wanted an extension of Disney in your hotel you should have booked a hotel in Disney directly.

  Never stay here! Terrible !

  This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We brought a group of school children here. The hotel is not for fit for this purpose . The female manager was absolutely vile. She spoke to our staff and children in the most terrible way. The hotel has zero facilities . There was building work being done in the hotel, the rooms were a state with sinks, toilets not working on arrival, which never got fixed! The female in question was extremely rude boarding on racist and stating, that British children are rude and our education system is inferior. The female manager was Latissia. At the end of the stay without checking rooms she took 400 euros cash out of the children's deposit! She said this was due to noise. The travel company said this was not policy.   I shall never stay in this hotel again! In the evening, on the day of the stay, we received a message from a woman of the hotel, stating that she wanted our card details to be sent via the message service. She said that the card that was used to book the hotel had expired, even though she confirmed the card details to me (noting card expiry was still in date!) She threatened to cancel the booking if we could not provide her with card details. Luckily, a phone call to her directly and we were able to maintain the booking. On arrival she decided to say the card had expired (even though I offered to prove it was not an expired card) and she blamed a third party, what a lie!
