    Very bad rating: several reserved rooms (sports association)in a bedding room infested with ants, the reception gave sheets and we ourselves to change them: it is unacceptable (the staff should have done it)another room and undoubtedly all the same: opening the curtain: the windows are obviously never cleaned: very dirtyonly one towel per room even knowing the number of guests to us to pick up at the reception (the person told me it's normal we only put one??) Si une rĂ©clamation avait Ă©tĂ© formulĂ©e sur place, une inspection et un changement de chambre aurait immĂ©diatement. Nos Ă©quipes veillent Ă  la propretĂ© et Ă  l’hygiĂšne des lieux, notamment au nettoyage rĂ©gulier des vitres, effectuĂ© de l’intĂ©rieur selon nos protocoles.Concernant le changement des draps, il est courant dans les hĂŽtels de ne pas les changer lors d’un sĂ©jour de deux nuits afin de respecter nos engagements environnementaux. Pour les serviettes, nous appliquons la politique du groupe visant Ă  limiter la consommation d’eau et de produits, ce qui explique la mise Ă  disposition d’une seule serviette par chambre. Elle sont donc disponible sur demande a la rĂ©ception mais nous comprenons que cela ait pu engendrer des dĂ©sagrĂ©ments et nous vous remercions pour votre retour.Enfin, concernant l’alarme incendie, nous nous excusons sincĂšrement pour la gĂȘne occasionnĂ©e. Il s’agissait d’un dĂ©clenchement accidentel liĂ© Ă  une forte vapeur d’eau, et non Ă  un incident de sĂ©curitĂ©. La sĂ©curitĂ© de nos clients est notre prioritĂ© absolue.Nous espĂ©rons que ces prĂ©cisions contribueront Ă  mieux comprendre la situation.     Confortable, silent, clean... was there for the week on business. Parking is very convenient ! Staff is polite and responsive. Breakfast space a litt'e cramped but good food and easy self serveThank you for a nice stay. Will likely be back!
