Horrible customer service from the receptionist. They are careless and unhelpful. They dont bother answering any of my questions even though their job is to help customers. Stayed there 5 days and really i will never go again. The other topic is, they dont knock on the door, the cleaner comes every morning at 7am and opens the door and says ( hello, you want cleaning) who in their right mind opens the door when there is a customer inside the room, i couldve been naked etc. and it all happened when i was asleep, thank god im a light sleeper and i woke up straight away. That was quite scary. GO ELSE WHERE BUT NOT HERE.

Hotel very well located, close to public transport and with several services nearby (supermarkets, bakery/pastry shop, restaurants).A good option for those who don't want to spend a lot of money. You will get a very small and basic room. However, very clean and in basic conditions.It has an automatic booking system on site and no staff at reception at night. But as we arrived during the day, we don't know how check-in works at night.There are machines available for dispensing water, coffee and some snacks, but they only accept coins (not cards). There is also a microwave available.The breakfast, although basic, was quite good and acceptable.

The bed was hard and the pillows like wafers. The tv old and useless. The bedside tables not fit for purpose. It wasn't even cheap. Its not that close to the airport and quite hard for a taxi driver to find. Never again!

Two poor nights sleep!

When we arrived we spent about 30mins with the checkin staff insisting we needed to pay, despite already paying. We were told that our air conditioning was broken. We had two rooms, both were incredibly hot. The windows in the roomed opened fully so were not safe with the children- as we were on the 5th floor and they had a table under which you could climb on from the bed. Even when they were open it was very noisy outside and one room has a huge illuminated notice board outside which meant the curtain had to be closed otherwise the room was flooded with light.The extractor in the bathrooms did not work, meaning showers made the rooms even hotter. One room had no shower gel in it. We didn't sleep very well, so it was poor all in all. The location on the other hand is great and the patisserie downstairs is excellent!

Good hotel for a business trip

The hotel is new and the rooms are clean & cozy, but on the whole Il slightly overpriced for what it can offer. The positive sides are the free private parking on the front area of the hotel and the good buffet breakfast for Euro 6,50, but the standard price of the room (89 Euros) is high for a 2 star hotel. If you can get the room with a special offer, than it is fine and conveniently located close to the Orly Airport.
