  Unpleasant stay!

  It was unpleasant experience! The receptionist weren’t polite and it wasn’t warm Well come ! There big mark on the bath towel and duvet covers! I reported it in morning but they changed only one towel! They also don’t have band towel! The receptionist didn’t show us way to go to our room! When my daughter was playing at the game machine the receptionist wasn’t really happy about it ! Overall wasn’t good experience!

  Okay for a few nights

  I recently spent 4 nights in this hotel. It was a budget hotel so i wasnt expecting the Ritz. The room was small but clean although the carpet was a dark pattern so difficult to say if it was clean or not. The bed was comfortable and clean. Towels provided. No one cleaned the room while we were there but in a way i prefer that and it was only 4 nights. There was a safe and tea making facilities. A mini fridge would had been nice. The tv was a satisfactory size but was missing a lot of chanels and it would had been nice to at least get the news in English. The shower was over the bath and really needed a handle to hold while getting in and out. Because of the glass screen you had to step in on the slope part of the bath. I am usually steady on my feet but found myself slipping over. The cool air conditioning did not work so the room was very warm at night. We were at the front of the hotel which is on a very busy junction so it was too noisy to have the window open. A note to parents... the windows open right open with no restraints. A child could climb up and fall out. (See photo). The hotel is excellent for transport links into Paris; trains, tram and buses. We didnt try the restaurant so i cant comment on this. Overall despite being too warm, this was a budget hotel and okay for a few nights.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at B&B Hotel Batignolles was very disappointing.The breakfast was horrible – very limited choices, poor quality, and definitely not worth the price. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep during my stay. For a hotel, this really should be the bare minimum.That said, I do want to mention that the staff was very nice – friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance.   A MAN ENTERED OUR ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING - NO SECURITY

  I went there with my mother, hoping to be safe in a hotel. A MAN ENTERED THE ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING. I have no idea the type of security they have, but that a man can enter the room of two ladies is very worrisome. Check in was extremely slow, they had promised to turn my queen bed into two twins and when I showed the confirmation message they tried LYING saying that they had not accepted and that it was the platform (booking) who did. As a hospitality professional, this is a very dire answer, lying directly like that. They then asked me to write an email so that they could "compensate me" and they never replied. Horrible team. Samantha, Justine, Mohamed and Hamid.   Cheap, basic and great location.

  The hotel is not fancy but if you just need a place to sleep and in a convenient location, this is a very good choice. There are food choices close by and a supermarket as well. No fridges in the room though. The hotel is in a great location, steps from the Porte de Clichy station hosting the 13, 14 and RER C lines. And the station has an elevator as well.
