  We checked in during the night, the first room we got we found it with fully opened windows and lights on. This means we had several bugs everywhere. Second of all the whole room smelled like cigarettes. My room was changed but still not even close to a 3 star hotel. The porcelain of the toilet was broken, limescale everywhere, parts of the shower missing, the walls are dirty and so.

  I got bed bugs. Then looked on another site and found the same review! I told the receptionist and she seemed to think it was normal - no apology. She said she couldn’t see the bites which is ridiculous -they’re absolutely everywhere. Please please avoid.   New hotel, cheap prize, crew is learning every day

  This hotel in the north east of Paris is cheap but it is direct near the Periferique, the highway around Paris. When you walk 1 km you find a Metro which brings you in 20 minutes centre of the town. The hotel is bed & breakfast, simple, good beds, shower. No extra's. Breakfast is simple, croissants, bread, marmelade, drinks coffee or tea. Be aware that bread may be finished at the end of the scheduled breakfast time.Hotel is near a MacDonald and some small and simple restaurants.Hotel has a guarded parkingplace ( video) Hotel is also used by groups but parking for a touringcar is a problem.Because the hotel started only shortly, crew is not working as a team, they are learning every day.

  Low cost, spartan in poor location

  The hotel in itself is, for the price category, actually above average. However, it is in a dodgy area and half the rooms face onto a noisy building site. This hotel is still not through its infancy problems: two false fire-alarms in three nights, electrics hanging loose. The rooms are stuffy and smell of new building. However, don't open the window at night unless you are prepared to get seriously bitten!It is a fair guess that the staff are low paid, but they still smile and they fixed my television.If you need to stay in Drancy/Bobigny and cost is your priority, then do stay here. Otherwise, try to find a good rate nearer downtown.

  A stay of 8 days in a double room with double bed single use.Large room very clean with kettle and tea/coffee .The only inconvinience was there was no air conditioning in the whole of the Hotel in the last 2 weeks or so as told by a manager. Ther is a secure gate locked 24 hours a day and you need to ring to be let in.
