  All right for a stop over

  Nothing fancy at all, but quite all right for a stop over when travelling to or from Charles de Gaulle. The B&B has a shuttle to the airport - but as the shuttle only goes to Terminal 3, your will have to take a taxi to reach Terminal 2 where most European airlines are (the taxi will cost around 25 Euro).

  Friendly staff and good location, but rooms need improvement

  The location was convenient, right next to a shopping mall, and the staff were very friendly. The shower pressure was also good. However, the stay was not very comfortable overall. The bed was hard, and the hallways and room had a very strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom was small, with mould in the shower, and the towels were quite thin. The flooring didn’t feel welcoming, as it seemed bare or had very thin carpet. Parking was limited and had to be paid for, which was inconvenient.   Good- helpful staff, bright and open lobby, well equipped room with comfortable bed. Bad - old and dirty hallway carpet and the urine smell in the toilet in room 422. It was horrible smell. I had to stop breathing with my nose. Worst - waited 2 hours at the hotel shuttle between terminal 2B and 2D. They don’t answer phone. Ended up taking uber.

  Horrible experience. The room is big the bathroom is big all the rest is poor at best. If you check you will see 2 different hotels with almost the same name in the same street. just this one has “4 étoiles” at the end of its name, which doesn’t show up anyway in Google Maps or other places. So the likelihood that you are being brought to the wrong B&B is high, and this happened to me. All they tell you in the middle of the night then is: “it happens a lot but we don’t have a shuttle so you need to walk 900 m”. Yes: in the cold, the wind and the rain at 1 am, with your luggage.The next day is even worse: the shuttle is not on time; you are the only one in the shuttle and the driver brings you in the middle of nowhere. By the way he explains he hasn’t been trained to recognise his way at CDG. I left after 30 min at the Long Stay parkplace and arrived truly just in time for check in.I tried to contact customer service, their answer was “.” And “?”. I tried to call them: no answer, not even an answering machine. I came to the conclusion that this hotel and this chain don’t really care about what they should nevertheless call customer which is: us.One of the worst experience I’ve had at an airport hotel.I recommend you select another option. There are many in the same area.

  The hotel is located at a peaceful location and is surrounded by a garden. Though the lobby is congested, it is ok. Rooms are compact and artistic. They are maintained and furnished well. There is coffee maker and hot water kettle. Overall it is good for stay.
