    Mediocre

I booked via the app and missed that the rate did not provide for the general servicing of the room which I was informed of when checking in. I’ve looked at all copies of the booking in app and email and nothing is mentioned. The room itself is sparse but practical and has everything you would need including bedside phone chargers and hangers in open hanging, as well as plenty of space for suitcase. The shower was the biggest problem as the water poured out the gap between the hinged door. Which meant I had to collect a floor towel each day to wipe up the floor and as there is no service the soaking wet towels piled up over 4 days!I have stayed here previously for exhibitions at Porte de Versailles de Paris and this was not the case. In nearly 30 years of business travel I have never had to go down to reception to get a replacement floor towel or toilet paper - even less expected when paying €186 per night. One has to also consider that if rear facing you will start to hear the trains from very early which run behind the hotel building. I included breakfast but the offering was mediocre. We are back at an exhibition in April and will make every effort to avoid.

    Terrible experience

Definitely avoid this hotel if you can. The room had almost nothing — no fridge, no kettle, no closet, and no safebox. The bathroom was tiny, and water leaked from the shower all over the floor. The view was straight onto the train tracks, so it was super noisy. I asked to switch rooms, but the front desk manager wasn’t helpful at all. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place and I

First experience in Paris never again

Please avoid this hotel. The staff are very unhelpful and rude, the room wasn’t as described we booked a mesamine room and the room was shocking. The tap was broken in the bathroom. The toilet flush was broken and the food is not proper food. It is frozen food seriously and they even charged to store luggage for a day and their customer service department don’t care when you complain, I would avoid this hotel.

Easy a nd quiet area to stay safe.

Excellent option for travellers who seek to feel safe. Very close to train station and very easy to get to the city center. We arrive very late night and always felt safe as the area seems to be nice. They even hold your bags after check-out time for only 2 euros each bag. Very fair price for what you get here. It pretty close to restaurants also. , Owner at B&B HOTEL Paris Malakoff Parc des Expositions, responded to this review Hello,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your experience during your stay at our hotel B&B hotel Paris Malakoff Parc des Exposition. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us,The satisfaction of our customers is our main concern and it is always a real pleasure to read comments like yours. Inhuman

N.º de reserva: BB10317403 10-13-24N.º de reserva: BB10350223 13-15-24Dear Sirs,I stayed at the Malakoff B & B hotel in Paris and i was treated inhumanly. The first night in the room was very cold and I could not sleep (-1 in Paris!!!). They checked the air and the next night I was better. I requested an extension of days in the hotel for work reasons. I never imagined what was going to happen. I had asked the reception several times if everything was OK and they had registered the extension of my stay, but no one warned me that I had to register again and that someone would enter my room without asking my permission. I came back from work and the situation was as follows: they had changed things in the room and the air was half cold again. I asked the reception desk for an explanation but they assured me that they had not moved anything. I started to feel sick. Another night colder than normal, where I woke up all the time. The next day, one of the recption staff came to disturb me, telling me that they had to do some air checks, just as I was getting ready to go to work. I told him to come by later. At the end of the day, back at the hotel, my room was cold. During the night, it started snowing and I found myself shivering under the covers .Today I have a fever of 38 and I have to go back to my house. I will use all the appropriate precautions, but I am exhausted. When I pointed out to the reception desk that I was sick from the cold, the girl told me there was nothing she could do, at most leave me in the hotel on that dirty little couch in the lobby, with the French window opening every 2 minutes and with her vacuuming, while I was tortured by the headache and fever and sore throat. It was inhuman behaviour and I would like to be reimbursed for this absurd experience, at least for the last two days where, through your fault, I fell ill. I register the sending of this e-mail for legal proof. I will never return to your hotel and your recepcionists are lousy people. Elena Proietti
