  Very rude receptionist - wrong job for her

  On arrival receptionist incredibly rude as I didn’t have a booking number. Booked on booking.comNot a great start, if I didn’t think my card would get charged I’d of left.Suggest receptionist gets another job somewhere else.

  Nice Quiet Hotel

  Arrived at the hotel in the morning and receptionist able check me in. Room was clean and bed was firm. Hotel was away from CDG therefore it is quite quiet. Receptionist was helpful gave me directions to take the bus and connect by train to downtown.Breakfast croissant & chocolataine was very good and I had two cups of cafe Au lait. There are several restaurants near the hotel plus LIDL market.The only downside is location is away from airport it cost 21EUR one way or if take public transport will take one hour.

  A decent option for this category of hotel

  I recently stayed in this two-star hotel due to a cancelled flight, and overall, I found it to be a decent option for this category of hotel. The decor was minimalist, but the room was clean and well-maintained. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze. The breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options available to choose from.The only downside of this hotel was its proximity to the main road, which made it a bit noisy at times. However, this was to be expected given its location.In summary, It may not have all the bells and whistles of a more luxurious property, but it provides a comfortable place to stay with all the necessary amenities.

  I stayed with my family in a larger group for 4 days in this hotel.The hotel is not suitable for larger groups, they don't have enough plates, spoons, every day there was a lack of food at breakfast, they are simply not ready for groups.The hotel is located far outside the delivery zone of Glovo, Wolt and other apps and is very far from the metro station.Mr. Alim who worked at the hotel during our stay was very rude even though we as a group were very understanding that the hotel did not have the capacity for a larger group like ours and that we were mostly left without breakfast.In the end, we went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, because I didn't want to argue with Mr. Alim.If you want to work in the hospitality industry, it is very important to be kind to your guests.However, the hotel is clean, quiet and there are several restaurants nearby.

  When we arrived, we asked the hotel to book us a taxi. The next morning the taxi driver tried to charge 75 euros for a 10 minute taxi ride from the hotel to the airport. This is obviously a scam from the hotel. If you stay near the airport I would AVOID this hotel at all costs.
