    Hotel is basic but clean,No fridge in room,TV and hair dryer.Breakfast is busy a continental breakfast.You get free shuttle bus to the Disney park.If you want to go to the val de Europe shopping centre or the train station it’s 20 euros in a taxi.Small shop in the hotel.

    We have just come back from 4 days at Disney, we booked b&b to save on the expense of a Disney hotel, I can’t fault this hotel one bit! We had breakfast included and breakfast was absolutely fine can’t moan at the selection at all! Perfect to fuel yourself for a day in the park! Rooms are spacious and clean. My only negative is the shuttle to the park, it’s awful.. if you can get on it! It picks up from 5 hotels. If you want to spend 10-20 mins fearing for your life then you will be fine! The shuttles cannot sustain 5 hotel pickups, I dread to think what it would be like in peak season! Next time unfortunately as much as the hotel was great I would pay the extra and go for a Disney hotel just to avoid the shuttle!

    On March 28, 2026, we had to wait one (1) hour at the Marne la Vallee/Chessy station before we could return to the hotel. The shuttle was so packed with people that it became very unsafe; the doors were barely closing. If an accident were to happen unexpectedly, there would undoubtedly be fatalities! Retrieving suitcases from the luggage locker was also quite an experience; an employee had to come over to open the door.Upon arriving at the hotel room after returning from Disneyland Park, we were unable to shower. The tap was not working, and there is no telephone in the room to call the front desk to request a Maintenance Employee. We went to sleep without showering. The next morning, March 29, 2026, we went early to report to the front desk and went to have breakfast, no Maintenance Employee came to the room en later we had to pack everything up again to move to another hotel room where the shower did work. Another two hours lost, so we missed Disney Adventure World the opening ceremony. We had come to Disneyland Paris specifically for this. So, a very bad experience. Breakfast at the hotel is also a major concern. We had to set aside at least 20 coffee mugs because none of them were clean. In the end, we didn't have coffee at breakfast because there wasn't a clean mug to be found. Additionally, we watched in disbelief as other guests appeared at breakfast in NIGHTWEAR!!! Not just one, but several guests were admitted to the breakfast buffet like that, unwashed and in pajamas!!! Apparently, there is no dress code or hygiene rules? No more B&B Hotel Disneyland Paris for us!

    We stayed in 3 rooms as a family of 9 for 3 nights . Upon arrival the rooms were extremely hot and air con was not working , we went to reception to be told it was broken in the whole hotel and would not be fixed this month.No fans were given as a solution. We had one small window and if u left it open the bugs would come in . 3 nights with no sleep due to the room being so hot you ended up dehydrated. Around 6am every day they had delivery vans with loud reversing lights arriving and then the banging of metal trollies being rolled off the lorries. We had 2 babies with us and had emailed prior to travel to make sure we had cots , these were not provided and a single bed was in room for them , (how can a 9 month baby sleep in a single bed ???The park shuttles are a hazard waiting to happen , there is 1 bus for 5 hotels and they are not monitored so become extremely overcrowded with people surging /pushing to get on at the same time . With 2 babies in arms and prams we had grown men trying to push ahead of us .We have came back from what should have been a magical trip of a lifetime to a much needed rest .
