  Good location, Nice Area, Terrible Hotel Service

  This hotel could be an option when visiting Paris as it is 1 hour away of some of the major attractions and 30 minutes away from Versailles. The area is quite nice with a good number of alternatives for dinning. The problem with the hotel is that they fail to meet the minimum requirements to provide, not a 4 star service but even a regular service. We stay for 14 nights and we barely had 3 days of hot water in the showers, no matter most of the days mornings were close to 0 degrees and most of them below 0. Cleanliness is a problem as well as the toilet smells like piss and they refuse to mop the floor, don't say to wash the toilets. Several times we ran out of toilet paper so we have to come down to the reception desk to get some. Coffee capsules weren't supplied on a daily basis so we had to come down also to get them. They provide paper cups for the coffee which are ok if you like your coffee tasting like carton. This is because they use the cheapest in the market, I wonder if they are food grade. Shampoo never was filled up and we needed to ask for it as well. So basically we had to ask for everything that even a two stars hotel provide as a minimum. Now, the real problem was not this, it was the manager attitude like he was not paid for the service. He even mumble in a foreign language (not French as I was able to notice) everytime I came down to the front desk to ask for things he had to supply in the first place. Also, he lacks of authority/experience to manage a team as I witnessed an argument between him and the cleaning supervisor with the girl directing to me to confirm what her manager had already told her suggesting he is not a reliable boss to his team. Very bad experience from day one. I could go into minimum details but there is no real need as it is already spilled milk. We did not try the breakfast or any food, neither we used the gym or other facilities. Hats off to the latin guy in the night shift, a completely different attitude and he helped very much to the limits of his position. I cannot say the same of the old guy in the night shift who was not of very much help when I came down to ask him to turn the water heaters one day I had to shower at 6 am.This was my experience, maybe you will be luckier and will have a better stay.

  Stay 3 nights during May 2023 Bank Holiday, Room 512. Family suite. We drove from the UK, London.It's one of the worst stay I've had with my family of 4 in Paris. Please avoid at all costs! Not 4 star and very dated interior.1. Asked for an additional bed to be added as the small sofa was not even able to fit a 7 year old child properly. The request was ignored 3 times. It was on the booking as well as asked reception already upon arrival and in the morning. We had to drag the sofa bed from next door, another family who's also staying here with us to fit our family of 4 needs. Sofa Bed also had sharp metal edges, NOT Suitable for kids at all!2. Room is dated with water ingress, wet floors spilling after showering due to rubbish shower door panels. This is a cause for health and safety as kids can trip over the water on floor.3. House keeping is terrible! No vacuuming of the floors, bed were half made. Stained bed sheets were not changed. Dirty cloth was left outside out door, most likely they forgot to clean properly and left in abrupt.4. Layers of dust in the room was disgusting, everytime you can see dust floating about everywhere.Only positive thing was the closeness to westfiled that was about it.5. Parking was also not manged well, full of cars parking like idiots taking up more than 2 spaces and management does not care.6. Missing towel for family of 4 daily, only 2 or 3 were given most of the times.7. DUVET is horrible to use, hard and grubby, with pillows which are not even on par with any standards.Communal cleanliness is ZERO. Had dirty cups by thr bin area not being cleared up by housekeeping.even after a day!Overall, it's been a rubbish experience. Please avoid!!!

  Clean and comfotable. Nice and very helpful staff. Breakfest was delicious - rich choice of products, jogurts, flakes, fruits, various cheeses, ham, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, croissants, muffins and all kinds of toppings.

  The hotel is so far from coty center and very bad location.In the first minutes we arrived there were no hospitality and bad support in any need after many calls to reception. That was awful experience.

  Not what we expected. Booked as a family of 5, two identical rooms. I emailed the hotel in April to ask for room next to or near to each other. Arrived 9pm on Saturday evening after 3 long days at Disney, we were greeted by a stressed and flustered receptionist/porter. He gave us two room keys, 1 for a room on 3rd floor and other for a room on the 8th floor. He explained there were no other options and we wouldn’t be able to get a refund if we tried to find somewhere else to stay. We paid over £500 for 3 nights so had no choice but to stay.Second night they managed to get us two rooms on the third floor near to each other. First impressions of the hotel weren’t great, outside area untidy and nothing like hotel photos. Flooring in the reception and ground floor corridor were dirty. The breakfast isn’t great, scrambled egg, sausage, baguette, jam, cereal, cheese, ham and fruit. The scrambled egg was kept warm in silver food container and you had to scrap skin off top to get egg. Bottle water, coffee proved in rooms. Shower gel., hand wash dispenser empty but housekeeping gave us small bottles to use. Housekeeping good, made beds etc daily. There are lots of marks on the carpets, damage to skirting board and doors which looks like leak from the bathroom. A few plug sockets were hanging off the wall in the corridors. The hotel is a short distance to the tram line so easy access to Central Paris. There aren’t any local restaurants so you would need to travel. Rodrigo the day member of staff was excellent and helped us sort out the room problem. We wouldn’t recommend the hotel for families.
