    Great location. Rooms vary from overlooking street (not too noisy) to an attic. (Avoid the attic - low headroom) Staff at cehck-in saw i was tall and offered me a room near reception, which was quiet and reasonable size. Rooms well fitted out, and quite a good amount of space for Paris ! Close to station. Nearby restaurants were pricey as they are close to Gare de lyon. Overall a good 2 night experience and would use them again.

    I booked a family room back in Oct 2024 for 1 night - I like to support smaller hotels as opposed to chains when I can. Three weeks before arrival, I received a rather curt message telling me to cancel the room! I had to ask booking.com why this was. Apparently, the hotel had mis-priced the room and now wanted 100 euros extra! It was too late to book elsewhere, at this very late stage for the Easter holiday period.When we arrived - after the check in time of 3pm - the room was not ready. We received several different times from the people on reception whilst waiting in the rather bland, small reception area. As they had already taken payment from my card, I guess there was no real rush in their eyes but we really wanted to freshen up. Note you will need to pay the city tax in cash. Eventually we were told it was ready - after 4pm. However, when we arrived at the top floor, the cleaner was still in there - and there were many full laundry bags in the small, cramped hallway making it actually a big dangerous for my 2 kids as we were perched on top of the stairs - with 5 storeys beneath. The cleaner was apologetic though and finished pretty quickly.The room itself was just functional with 4 single beds - the bathroom was rather small though. Left early-ish the next day - did not have breakfast, but it was at least useful to store our luggage in reception for the day.

    We initially chose this hotel due to its close proximity with Gare du Lyon, where we had to connect to an intercity train.The hotel is located in a quiet lane with several hotels of the same class.The staff were helpful and couldn't expect more from them. We booked a quad room and were given a room on the highest level, on the fifth floor, which was quiet and cosy with a fully renovated room and bathroom.Internet connection was good as we could upload our pictures quite quickly.Breakfast was simple but adequate.This is a small operation family - owned hotel with 25 rooms and provides value for money.

    Great hotel in an ideal location for seeing Paris. A few minutes walk from Gare Du Lyon station and close to some cafés and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful regarding finding a cafe that I had reserved online and were always friendly. Breakfast was continental (hot drinks, juice, cereal, cheese, meats, yoghurts, granola, pastries and rolls). The hotel was great value at £113 per night. The room was very small but had everything we needed. I would recommend ajd have no complaints. Thanks for a lovely stay.

    Watch out, they have UNSAFE INTERNET at this hotel!!

    I spent 3 nights at this hotel, because there was no room in the others hotels around. My cellular phone detected that the Internet has an UNSAFE CONECTION. So, I didn't use the Internet at all. Besides that, there is a employee with a very bad attitude, to the housekeeper (he looks like an african refugee) this employee has a tough name to pronounce, but he is in the schedule from 8 am. to 8 pm. In my last night I gave him 15 euros as a tip, the half for him and the other half to Kamel (the other recepcionist at nights) he didn't give the 7.50 euros to the recepcionist of the night.I upload photos of the receives of my staying.I don't recomend this hotel at all!!
