    I really had an exceptional stay. A very warm welcome and a staff with little care with us, the person who runs the spa explains very clearly and accompanies in the benevolence, the people of the bar in particular are pleasant and very helpful. Special mention for Axel of the reception, I wish you all to fall on him, it is the little extra of your stay that will make all the difference, thanks to him!     No tablecloths on the tables neither salt nor pepper, mismatched water glasses, we do not forget to bring you the water you ordered.     Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. Hotel staff, in particular Oliver, were friendly and helpful.     Friendly Staff, Good Location and breakfast, Nice Stay Overall, with a Few Room Concerns

    We stayed for two nights The staff were very friendly and helpful, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and included much more than just a coffee and croissant — a great way to start the day. The location is also very good, with a shopping center and an excellent supermarket nearby, the location is very convenient for exploring the area.However, we did have some issues with the room. There was a strong, mouldy smell that lingered, especially in the pillows. The shower had very low water pressure and splashed water all over the bathroom. On our second day, there was no hot water — my husband informed the front desk, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved, and I ended up taking a cold shower.We hope these problems would be addressed for future guests. , Propriétaire at Best Western Amarys Hotel & Spa, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback.     Excellent stop for us a family of three en route from the Aveyron region up to our ferry crossing home. Very comfortable beds. Excellent spa very welcome after a long drive. Excellent evening meal and cocktails. Very friendly staff, especially Olivier who checked us out. Would definitely use again.
