    Everyone from check-in to check-out were superb - exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was excellent. Everything was perfect. Fantastic location, great value for money. Beautiful.

    Good rooms and clean! Given the location and the hotel's care to keep both our rooms adjacent, it was a great service. Staff are amazing! Right from the arrival, Anika was the best, and so were the housekeeping staff. They care to keep our two rooms adjacent. A lot of good restaurant options were right next to the hotel, and the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower were a short walk! Staff on the following day were also great! Highly recommended

    Great location and even though Best Western is American, this hotel seemed totally French. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Champs de Elysee and lots of shops and eateries. The Metro is steps away. They serve a delicious breakfast. It's not the Ritz but it's perfectly fine and it has AC, although we mostly just opened our window.

    Very Small hotel, but convenient and clean.in excellent location, very close to kosher restaurants within short walking distance. The hotel very close to the metro station and have very good connection to every part of the city.The view of the eifel tower is just across the street.The hotel staff are very kind and happy to assist

    Great location and very close to the Eiffel Tower. Staff at reception were very nice. Our room however was not great, and we were extremely disappointed considering the hefty price we paid. We were on the ground floor next to the busy street. They don’t turn on air conditioning in the rooms until summer ( we asked). We were there in the middle of May and were told that they would be turning it on the next week. The room was hot, but if we opened the windows the noise from the street was deafening. Also, people would constantly stand next to our windows and smoke, so the cigarette smoke would waft into our room. I was stressed that we would be charged for smoking in the room as it was so bad. The shower was open with no barrier. Just a flimsy shower curtain that didn’t prevent the water from going all over the bathroom floor. I honestly wonder if we were given the disabled accessible room?I wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend unless you really want to be close to the Eiffel Tower.
