Location

This hotel lies just a 10-minute drive from Disneyland, around 35 km (1 hour's drive) from Paris and its many sights and tourist attractions. Roissy - Charles de Gaulle and Paris - Orly airports are approximately 30 km and 40 km from the hotel respectively.

    Base for Disneyland Paris

    My family and I spent three nights at this hotel. It was pleasant. The hotel is small with few amenities but was adequate for our purpose. We used the hotel as a base for our trip to Disneyland Paris.The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet residential area. There are a few places to eat nearby and an indoor swimming pool around the corner which we did not try. The bus stops are close by to access Gare Val d'Europe for the train to Disneyland.The rooms are ok, if a bit dusty. The room decor is eccentric with a repeating pattern of budgies all over the walls. I was in the yellow room with family members in a green room and blue room.Breakfast was a standard continental. Hot options were pork sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs, none of which I can eat. There were limited vegetarian options and no vegan options for breakfast. Management, please provide more options for people with different dietary needs.Tania is a very hard working host. She very quickly recognises guests and memorises their room numbers. Watching Tania multitasking was impressive all while keeping her cool and remaining professional throughout, she is fluent in at least 3 possibly 4 languages. Management, give Tania a raise 😀

    The hotel that doesnt like guests

    I was really worried after seeing previous reviews. However the hotel is clean, breakfast is all you could need and the location is great for Disney.However, the staff do not like guests. Anything you ask for is a hassle (like asking for more towels). The bar is an ornament. Its never open and if they can be bothered to speak its to say them have no alcohol. Im not an alcoholic but I definitely enjoy a glass of wine in an evening once my kids are in bed.

    Everything was perfect, Maureen, the blonde lady at the reception, help us to move in the new room, the first one was really tiny, and she helped us with a new larger room

    Thank you for having us, thank you to the manager and the night team member for calling the tax for us. We had a lovely stay and got to Disney safely and back. Local train and business were great. We got to the airport and home safe I was very impressed with your wooden key cards. Thank you

    Just returned home after an amazing holiday to Disneyland Paris. This is a charming little hotel, in a great location for Disneyland and Paris city centre. Despite all the other negative reviews, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It certainly helps to speak French with them!! Hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. My daughters loved the budgies in reception, 'Best' and 'Western!!' The room was comfortable and my daughters also loved the bunk beds!! Air con was noisy but we had a big window, and the Television worked fine!! Towels changed daily and room cleaned. Breakfast was included in the price. Plenty of choice for all the family and delicious. Hotel was peaceful and quiet which was perfect after a busy day in Disneyland Paris. Great location for Disneyland. We used the Bolt app, taxi was €12 . Great bus service also. Bus to Val d' Europe shopping centre took 6 minutes. Trains available from Gare Val d' Europe to Disneyland and also into Paris City centre. It takes 45 minutes to reach the centre of Paris, and train fares are very reasonable.We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday!!
