    Sleeping next to the laundry room - no sleep!

    We stayed two nights in November 2025. On the second and final night there was a horrendous noise starting 11 pm throughout the entire night. The noise sounded like we were next to the hotels laundry room - we had continual vibration that shook the entire room. We had an early flight and reported to reception to ask to be moved but apparently no rooms were available and no attempt to help us. We had zero sleep all night, when we approached reception the next morning with a recording of the noise and was directed only to raise a complaint via writing. We were offered just a 50% deduction from our second night, even though the hotel could not provide us with a place to sleep which we had paid for. We did not accept the offer and have not had any response to our emails. I would avoid if you want a guarantee of getting a place to sleep. If you risk booking, don't pay in advance!

    Very disappointing stay

    From arrival we were disappointed but too late to cancel the first two nights. It was raining on arrival, which made our delays on finding the hotel front door and car park a nuisance and very annoying. Hubby walked around trying to find the entrance - no luck. I found it but the door would not open - you had to have a card (we hadn’t checked in yet). I checked in, got told where to park the car. Went back to hubby and drove down to car park. Their instructions were vague to say the least. The lift had issues reading the card to get it to work. After unloading our suitcases we went back to the car garage via an outdoor, side door lift. Still raining so getting wet again - code wouldn’t work to get that door to open. Luckily a lady was going in - she said our code was wrong! By now, we were very frustrated so after unloading our next lot of luggage, I cancelled the third night here. On leaving we got to the car all right (with the correct code this time), but getting out with yet another code to press - that didn’t work straight away. We will not be back.

    This is really a gem - super affordable and close to the metro - the staff strives to ensure the comfort of all the guests. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the rooms are spotless and in good condition. For US travelers the room may be a little small but it is super comfortable.     Extremely Bad

    The Hotel cannot provide the hot water at my first night. The staff at the reception did not explain and call us to find reception at the next day. At the next day, the hot water service still not providing. The reception claimed that it is in the weekend now (Saturday), you have to wait for Monday to fix the problem. How come I can stay in a hotel with 2 days without hot water? And I have sent email to this hotel for 7 days and even I do not get any response from them. It is strongly NOT recommend this hotel. It made me a very negative feeling about Paris.     Amazing hotel room! Brilliant service especially from Lahiru! Staff were really friendly, the hotel room was immaculate and clean. We were staying on the 8th floor which had the view of the Eiffel Tower. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
