    Clean, well equipped, staff very helpful, breakfast excellent. Superb location near to great restaurants, bars and local shops. Bathroom a bit small but well fitted out.

    Great hotel, amazing room, great bed, lovely bed linen, coffee machine, lovely view, great location, loads going on locally and a lovely walk into the real centre of the city, and....great value for money! I would highly recommend, and for sure, we're going to make this our hotel of choice for any future trips.

    This is a small, friendly hotel and we were really impressed with the staff on reception who were helpful and really went the extra mile to be helpful. The reception area had lovely touches like sweets and cookies and cold drinks. We really enjoyed the fresh coffee in the room and the beautiful windows that opened out onto the street. The hotel is near to several tube lines and so it was easy to get around and there were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. On the final day we had an issue with the parking (you are supposed to pay in the hotel and get given a key to get out) but my husband paid for the parking again in order to get out of the car park. This wasn't really the hotels fault, it was a mistake because he had not realised I had already paid. Anyway they refunded us at their expense which was kind because it was 60 euros for 2 nights. This was very much appreciated.

    The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless clean. The parking was convenient. The neighborhood was calm and a metro station quite close. You can also easily walk to the center of you want.The breakfast was a bit of a problem if you arrive late. Despite the fact the breakfast is open until 10:30, if you arrive at 10:00 there no food left and they don’t refill it. Also the person in charge of breakfast was not helpful, despite asking her a few times, she didn’t do much. This was a bit annoying the first day, but afterwards we were earlier and the food was ok. I’m pretty sure they can improve from this.

    We stayed here several years ago when our favorite little place in the Marais was booked – same issue with this stay! It’s in a good location close to a couple of Metro stations as well as bus stops, so it’s easy to get anywhere in town. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had booked a “Superior Room with Relaxation Area” as we were going to be there for a week and wanted some extra room, knowing that European hotel rooms tend to be small. Well, the room we got was very, very tiny, though the set-up in both the bedroom and bath was very good – they really made good use of the space. But – it was going to be tough going for a week! We spoke to the desk clerk, who explained that the term “relaxation area” meant access to the sauna – really?!!?! We then talked to the manager, Charlotte, who was great. She said she’d see if she could find a larger room for us in the morning. In the morning, she was able to move us, and she gave us a mini-suite – very nice of her. It had a good-sized bedroom and a nice sitting room. As with the smaller room, the layout was really nice. There was good lighting, comfy seating in the sitting room, decent closet space and nice decor. The bathroom was well laid out with enough towel bars and hooks and a good amount of shelf space for toiletries. The shower was very slippery and could use some additional slip-resistant strips. There were coffee and tea available in the room. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of breads, cheeses, fresh-squeezed juices, yogurt and a couple of hot options as well. It was a good stay and we’d definitely return.
