5 star staff, Brilliant attention to detail, wonderful property

We visited this property the second time, the first time being in 2019. Right from the outset the Sophie and her entire team had great attention to detail and were very welcoming. They acknowledged that we had a long flight and had our room ready way before check in time so that we could rest well. They also acknowledged our stay of 2019 and welcomed us back. This small but beautiful gesture immediately made us feel at home and loved. The property is great, clean and has new renovated rooms which are plenty spacious. But above all, its Sophie and her team who make this more than a 5 star property. Thank you and we will come again soon.

This hotel does NOT have air conditioning as stated on their website. The rooms do not have air conditioning and this is clearly a known issue as they have taken off the massive comforter and added a tiny fan. They also will not inform you that there is no air conditioning either when you book, before your stay or when you check in.Also the wifi does not work.Single female who has a second floor room gets to choose whether I leave the window open so the room is only 25 degrees but chance someone entering the room via the window or close the window for safety and have the room be 35 degrees.

A lovely, clean hotel with friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with range of food and drinks. The hotel also prepared us a small breakfast on the day of our departure as we had an early flight. Just a shame they do not do evening meals. Overall a lovely stay, with great rooms. Thank you

Great hotel for style and exploring

Booked last minute after searching hundreds of hotels! We wanted to be close to the airport (CDG) and this fitted that with a short 30mins taxi ride.We walked to the Moulin rouge and explored the Montmartre area but you can easily access the metro within minutes from the hotel if you don’t fancy lots of walking. You do hear noise from other guests and outside but we weren’t bothered by that. We were busy out exploring and not really at our hotel other than getting changed and sleeping.Bed was so comfortable and the pillows are amazing! Made mine at home suddenly feel like bricks! Hotel has a stylish design and our Superior room felt a little luxurious with a stylish bathroom and decor.Great lady on reception at check in. Wished there was a little more tea and coffee options in the room but downstairs in reception you have them all complimentary.I would recommend this hotel.

All-around enjoyable trip to Paris

I've spent a week at this hotel for a business trip. My room was tidy and clean, nice interior, small balcony. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Commuting was easy, with the metro station "Pont Cardinet" basically across the street. Everything you'll need in walking distance, vibrant neighborhood.
