    Ac was not working. No fans either. While loaning bicycles is great.     Bad air conditioning, non functioning gym, poor English

    First night was kind of a nightmare, air conditioning was not working and it was hot like in the oven. They told me they made some mistake during reconstruction, so it was hot air coming in. When I hit the gym following morning it was really small and barely functioning, I started by fixing some gears first. Later that day in the evening I order a drink but stuff prioritized seating guest and I waited for 15 min. to get a drink, it was served with irritation.     Stayed here for two nights as part of a rugby trip. The hotel is situated near a tram stop which is very convenient for travelling into the city. The first room we checked into was nice, but there was a plumbing issue so we contacted reception and got moved to a different room very quickly.The room was clean and bed comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities are good, however they use coffee creamer. We did ask for milk at reception and was given hot milk, not an issue but if you want cold milk may need to make it clearer.     First time at Best Western and I wasn't disappointed, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast plenty of choice and although I only had one evening meal during my stay, this was excellent too. I was given a room on the second floor which was wonderful for someone like me who is terrified of lifts, so I was very grateful. My room was plenty big enough, and exceptionally clean.
