    I stayed at this beautiful hotel located in the heart of La Défense, a modern, charming, and very clean area.As for the hotel itself, I immediately felt safe: the Best Western brand is, in my experience, a guarantee of quality, cleanliness, and friendly service—and it did not disappoint this time either. During my two-day stay, the staff was always present, helpful, and professional.The room (303) was impeccable: very clean, comfortable, and cozy.     It was our first experience in staying in a 3 star hotel , and in fact in a BW hotel. We had to be in Courveboie for an event and this hotel was the closest to the venue. We booked their largest king room. It was one of the smallest rooms we have stayed anywhere in the world. But it is ok for a couple of days and with max 1 piece of luggage. The room itself (except for the size) was good : newly renovated, with a beautiful view of Seine and Eiffel Tower. I must say a big thank you to Walid who allocated us this room. He was extremely helpful and nice. Actually everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful - I didn’t expect this kind of attitude from a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was nice too: everything was fresh and tasty, though the closing time is too early (10 am). In terms of the location , it is on a quiet street but very close to the center of the town. 15 minutes walk takes you to the rail station and from there it is only 10 ride to Gare St Lazare, very close to Opera and other attractions. La Defense is about 30 minutes walk . All in all it was a nice stay thanks to the staff and the location.     Very bad experience, unfortunately not recommended, very unfriendly staff, never again, I have been to many hotels in Paris, but I have never experienced anything like this. zero points.     Rooms are small, but have desk, bed and 2 bed tables. Air conditioning is top notch. Staff is extremely friendly and they stock beer and water for purchase. Nearest train station is 0.7 miles, but there are buses very close.     Bed bugs

    Bed Bugs. Do not stay here!!! Location great and a had a lovely view. However that was ruined by the very average room and came out in bed bugs bites hours after leaving the hotel. Could not have been bitten anywhere else. Have reported it so hopefully the hotel will deal with it swiftly.
