The hotel is situated in a lovely area. Not so many tourists. The hotel and the rooms are very cosy with lovely details. Great breakfast and friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute. Love the local location. Hotel very cozy and the decor is beautifully assembled with styleIt has been three times I have stayed there. Great organic biological store next door. Nice and quiet hotel with hammam and a good location

Nice and quiet place to stay. The hammam is well apprecied before or after a day of walk for visiting Paris. The location is good (near fromage Montparnasse rail station). Restaurants in the neighboroud are also nice and useful if you don't want to walk to far. Breaksfast is also good( croissant and pain au chocolat are good). Decent hotel but the front is a bit noisy

Decent hotel,good area but a bit noisy.Stayed here for 3 nights whilst at a conference-room is of a good size but you might struggle for a couple (you only have about 6 clothes hangars).Great position,the nearest Metro is about a 2 minute walk which will then get you to anywhere. On that, you are about a 15 minute walk to the Metro which takes you to the CDG airport-which is very handy(about 45 minutes on that train to T2)Loads of pubs and eating places around about the hotel as well.Breakfast was good,the bed was comfy-safe and big TV plus coffee and tea in the room. If you get a room with a balcony on the front beware-it can get pretty noisy in the morning (even though it’s on a suburban street) with refuse trucks etc.The rooms are not double glazed.Would I go back?-probably. Although the AC was turned off when we’re there, and the Paris nights can still be a bit stuffy.If you are a light sleeper,ask for a room not at the front. Good option for Montparnasse / Pernety region! The hotel was a good option for our stay, having only an issue with the bathroom. Good option for travellers that are looking for an option very close of the metro! Very close of line 13 (Pernety) and 4 (which is direct from Paris Gare du Nord).
