    Great stay.

Clean hotel. Great area. Let us check in early. The windows are incredible at noise cancellation. Couldn’t hear a thing but opening up the Juliet balcony the Paris hustle and bustle was loud. Would definitely come back here the next time in Paris.

    Short Paris stay

    rating21 Oct 2024

Lovely hotel, rooms really lovely and modern. The room was very spacious and was very clean. We were very impressed and surprised it was only a 3 star rated hotel. The location is great for restaurants which are all walking distance. The metro was closely located so it was easy to get on and off. The staff on the front desk were friendly.

    Excellent location, Quiet, Reasonable prices

We picked Hotel Bresil Opera in the 9th Arr. because it checked all our boxes. Location. Breakfast. Friendly & Helpful staff. Room size. Price. And we were not disappointed. First of all we searched for a hotel with the highest traveler ratings to narrow down choices. We loved the location, we could walk to cafe’s, stores, metro, train station, we even walked to the Eiffel tower though it took us an hour! A great breakfast with eggs and meats, not just breads, good coffee. Front desk staff very friendly and Nice, comfortable rooms, with lots of little extras and the superior rooms were a little larger than average Paris rooms (193 sq/ft (18m2) vs 125-150sq/ft or 12-14 sq/m). We love using Booking .com because we can see the room sizes and can filter by highest ratings.

Good value, clean accommodation in good location

This was a very good 3 star hotel experience.Location, just off the Grand Boulevards was great and near to the famous shops and metros.Room was spacious and clean, refurbished a few years ago with good monsoon shower in the bathroom.Reception most helpful for information and arranging taxi to CDG.Stayed in Paris many times and this was very good value.Didn't eat there as so many cafes for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside.

    Average hotel but very noisy

    rating20 Jul 2023

Hotel is not bad. Bed is hard but comfortable. Shower pressure is medium. The day we checked in the elevator was not working so we had to pull suitcases up the stairs ourselves. AmEx is not accepted for payment anymore. Rooms are small but ok for Paris. Rooms are however very noisy. We are in #25 and its overlooking a quiet street however there is an unofficial drinking party there every evening right under our windows. Its now 12:30 at night and my 12yo and I can’t sleep from the noise. I asked concierge to ask them to be a little more quiet but he was very rude “what do you want me to do - its a public street”. Indeed it is but he could have nicely asked them in French. I ended up going myself but as polite as those party people were they didn’t stop. We were promised a quiet room well that did not happen. It is not a bar but an unofficial daily gathering hence no closing time for them. Concierge was very disappointing. I was being yelled at (????) for coming with a problem.
