  The Hotel refused to refund

  The receptionist (female) is very impolite she kept hanging up the phone and wasn’t afraid if we put a terrible rating on TripAdvisor. We had a reservation and we sent an email to cancel the booking; however they withdrew the money from the account and they are refusing to refund the money and refusing to connect us to the manager. Very unprofessional, terrible experience, unprofessional attitude. Very sarcastic

  Stopping by in Paris and chose this hotel for the budget. Really great. Of course you have to expect for what you pay but staff is friendly, room is ok, with everything you need, everything’s clean and in order. Parking at an extra fee was occupied the first day so I had to park in the parking of the nearby station, very nice but a bit expensive, and then moved.

  the hotel is next to the train station where you can go to saint lazare station.The room is in general good and clean. But nonspace to sit but on the bed.The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. But the light is noisy and needs to be fixed. The door closes with difficulty The door of the room is difficult to open and close with a regular key.The staff are nice but the house keeper opened the door while i was sleeping ! Though she knocked but she should check if the key is at the reception because it is mandatory to leave the key there when you go out.Lots of cafes and pubs, pharmacies and grocery stores. 200 meters from a mall.

  Pleasant and Budget Friendly Hotel

  Stayed for a night with a colleague to roam around Paris before heading to Switzerland.We initially thought of staying in an airbnb room but came across with Hotel Briand and thought the rates are reasonable. We arrived in the hotel without much expectation but we were surprised that the room was big for 2 people. It is not a fancy hotel. It has basic amenities, but its adequate.Neighborhood is good. Lots of restaurants around and also some convenience stores. There is also a train station within 2 minutes walk.Overall it was a pleasant stay.

  Convenient and good value

  We stayed here for 4 nights after our booked accommodation provider cancelled our booking 24hrs before arrival. It was during the Ryder Cup and Paris was fully booked so we were grateful to find an affordable bed. The hotel was close to the metro and only 2 stations to Saint Lazare from which we could transit anywhere. Our room was facing the road but we did not find that it affected our sleep. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Our room and the hotel was very clean and if you are travelling on a budget I can certainly recommend it. We found the room and en-suite big enough but we were only there to sleep. The staff did their best to help us even though we had poor French! The young reception Amenata was exceptional and we loved coming home to her smiling face.
