    The hotel was fine, standard.The problem is that the hotel takes payment twice.When we reserved 2 rooms they took card details and although they say they just blocked an amount in my bank account the amount was actually deducted from my account.On checking out they insisted on a payment again.As a result my bank account is showing that the amount has been deducted again.I am now waiting for Campanile to tell me when I can have my own money back.This practice is bad and we will never stay at a Campanile again.I advise other potential guests to be aware of this.     Basic Motel

    Motel with basic rooms. If you are familiar with American Motels you know what this looks like: Two stories, with exterior access to every room, and an exterior stair case to the upper floor.Rooms are small, but come with a desk by the window and two small chairs. Bed is comfortable. A/C works great.It's kind of out of the way. It's a 20 min walk to the train station.     A good two-star rather than a three-star hotel

    Nothing to specifically complain about, the room, the bathroom, the bed are good, but generally speaking, this is more like a two star hotel to me. Housekeepers involuntarily entered the room twice while wer were in it. I didn't put a "do not disturb" sign on the door: if there was one available, I couldn't find it. Not a big deal, but I suppose they should always knock the door before opening it, just in case.     Very friendly and professional staff. Room very clean and meet all needs and lovely food in restaurant. Buffet breakfast absolutely delicious. The cook serve original dishes including classical dishes. I already recommended the hotel to a lot of people.
