  Perfect stay For Disneyland Paris

  So booked Premiere Classe Marne la Vallee Torcy. However on arrival found out was instead staying here Campanile Torcy.Which turned out to be a blessing in disguise.Outside was bit odd and access to reception etc.However once inside,check in was very easy. Reception had a bar and small selection of drinks and food etc.Although motel style, dated/Slightly dirty outside floors to room. Only outside access.However can not complain at all about rooms. Lovely and clean and newly renovated. Extra lock on door for added peace of mind. Bathroom was lovely.Close to shopping centre and Train and Bus stop.Visited Disneyland Paris, very easy to do.Easy access from Paris Centre. Easy check out and travelling back to city train station for onward travelling.Would definately recommend.

  Awful hotel, mostly because of the staff and their lack of care. The room wasn't particularly clean to start with (floor especially) and then wasn't cleaned in three days and when you asked for clean towels it was met with disdain. When I asked the cleaning staff to service the room, the answer was a flat no. It was really clear from the beginning that this hotel was trying to cut costs and corners. Staff are frankly just lazy and rude, especially the woman on the food counter at breakfast who is abrupt and really shouldn't be working in a people facing role. We booked through Gold Crest, who obviously made a lot of profit on our booking and what we paid, so make sure you request not to stay here as we paid £1200 for 3 nights here, the coach and ferry and a two day ticket to Disney, which now seems through the nose considering the accommodation. It's a hostel at best, not even that in some respects.

  Fawlty Towers and Rude Staff

  Nothing essential worked right in the first room given, including sockets, shower and tv, we moved at 10:30pm then at 11:30pm after all day travelling we attempted to turn off the lights. I then had to put up with having a main light that never switched off, lack of sleep, headaches but it was too late to move again and we were all unpacked I then discovered the outside door wouldn’t lock from the inside too, so felt unsafe. The switch in the porch that was supposed to operate the main light turned on the bedside light!. It wasn’t serviced at all in 3 days and the floor was dirty in the second room. General rudeness in the hotel, felt like a criminal for raising issues. I could not recommend this hotel less. Stay elsewhere.

  Feeling at Home at Campanile Torcy. Al the staff are so nice and friendly. Cozy rooms and Fancy bar. Good for families, close to Disneyland Park

  I'm having a great time at Campanile Marne-la-Vallée Torcy. All employees are very friendly and welcoming! Everyone (at the least) tries speaking a little English with me when needed to. Dutch is my first language and I know a little bit of French but when things get more serious or a little complicated I prefer communicating in English. And that was not a problem here at all! If you want to sleep in or don't need housekeeping for a day, just put the door hanger on the door knob telling housekeeping they can skip your room this day and they will let you sleep. If you have a question everyone is willing to help and answer your questions. They really make you feel at home! Lyneda was wonderfull! She made me feel at ease when all people around me spoke a language I'm not too familiarized with. I know a few words of French but I'm definitely not fluent. Later on she made me feel so comfortable and was patient with me I dared practicing a little French with her. Challenging my self to order and say short sentences in French. Like asking where the lavatories were or asking for the bill. She really understands how to level with people. All interactions I saw her having with other guests looked very friendly as well. When entering the dinning room for the first time she saw me and said look I'll explain how it works. Here take a plate, pick anything you would like to eat and sit anywhere you like. If you want want something off the grill go to my colleague over there and order with him. He'll cook it for you the way you like it. Great location! Right in the middle of France. Close to Paris, Charles de Gaulle airport and Disneyland Paris with the train station right outside. Good food too! Love it here and would love to come back sometime soon!Kind regards, Jonathan Bergström
