    Referred by easyjet due to a canceled flight, 4 of us arrived, 2 adults and 2 children and they gave us 2 double rooms as they don't have triple or quadruple rooms. It looks like an American hourly motel more than a 3-star hotel. Dirty rooms, dilapidated bathrooms and dirty blankets. The icing on the cake? The receptionists who don't speak English and you can only communicate with us using google translate. I don't know if they make you laugh or cry

    This is an awful hotel.The rooms are tiny, badly fitted and unclean. We ended up here due to easyJet cancelling our flight which is likely a common occurrence at present; a number of others were in the same situation. Do not accept this hotel! Breakfast- I presume the hotel weren't expecting to be full (due to cancelled flights)- they ran out of food. We noticed our toddler had wet socks and on inspection the toilet was leaking foul smelling water which had leaked into the bedroom and saturated the carpet around the bottom of the wardrobe area. The room was dark and has pebble dash on the walls and ceilings. The view is immediately into flats adjacent to the hotel and it does not feel like a safe neighbourhood. The windows have metal shutters over the outside, which does not help the feeling that the immediate surrounding area is not a nice one.Staff were friendly. Not their fault the hotel needs knocking down! We offer an assortment of cakes and madeleines, mini-pancakes, several types of cereals as well as dried fruits, ham, cheese by the slice (3 different), cottage cheese, fruit yogurts, compote of apples, butter (unsalted and semi-salted), fruit juices, as well as hot drinks. We restock the buffet regularly, however when many people arrive at the same time, it may happen that there is a few minutes missing, the time for our team to cook new pastries (for example).Our establishment fights, among other things, against food waste, and indeed, this involves managing the quantities of food offered as accurately as possible and restocking as the morning progresses.Our hotel is located in a commercial area, so the nights are very quiet. We have a closed gate and surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of our customers.Indeed, we are an old generation Campanile hotel, and are therefore arranged in exterior passageways.Our rolling shutters are there to ensure our customers total darkness during their sleep if they wish.Best regards,

    Convenient next to Orly

    I got the chance to have a real non smoking room. Stayed for one night, I choose it as next to airport Orly. Great shower. I didn't have breakfast. Quiet (or I was tired ;-) ). Good desk to work.     So picture stippled walls from the 50's, a tired old carpet in the bedroom and no soap in the bathroom. Those are the negatives.Here are the pluses: a comfortable bed with quality bedding, on demand heat and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Also the staff were all wonderful and very helpful.There is an upgraded restaurant attached and the bit of food we purchases was all good.It's out of the way so unless you have a car or love buses you may not want to stay here. However, it is extremely quiet at night so we did sleep well.We would stay here again, however would also look around to find something that was easier to access before booking.

    the room was tiny and smelly. The blankets were dirty as if not washed ever. On the site of Agoda, it was stated that the reception opens 24 hours but when I got up early in the morning, the reception was closed that could have resulted in our missing our flight to Barcelona.
