    Non-existent customer Service, sloppy stay – I strongly advise against

    I stayed at this hotel from July 5 to 7, 2025, and the experience was disappointing on all levels.Cleaning was not done on Saturday, without justification,The housekeeper knocked on the door every morning, which is unacceptable in a hotel,A pillow was missing from the room,And the Welcoming staff asked me to leave my room, although I had extended the stay with a second booking, as advised by the hotel. Their total lack of internal communication is worrying.After my departure, I contacted Customer Service to request a partial refund of 107 €, which is perfectly reasonable given the malfunctions.They first offered me a €60 voucher, which I naturally refused, then an insufficient partial refund... before completely stopping responding to my emails, without explanation.However, I repeated several times in writing, with clear and posed arguments, and a reminder of the law.Only yesterday I had to call Customer Service to report their silence, but to date no response has been received.☞ Deplorable complaint management, a contemptuous attitude towards customers, and a blatant lack of professionalism.Frankly, go your way.     Would deserve a good clean shot

    I don't know when the photos of the site are dated but we should consider redoing them to reflect more the reality... the rooms deserve a lot of new and a good cleaning: the bathroom was really dirty: black joints, hair in the sink, stains on one of the two towels .. Pros: pleasant staff!     The room deserves a good repaint and the equipment a refurbishment for some.The bedding is not great and the sheets are not very clean. Noisy air conditioning.A blah experienceNoisy in terms of environment and also poorly soundproofed between the rooms.Nice welcome yes and breakfast not bad.     Questionable security

    The Good:Newly refurbished. HUGE bed, free wifi, 1/2 size bath tub, choice of 2 showers, kettle and tea with cups as part of the room package and sufficient storage space for a short trip. Close to a VERY large supermarket and the town of Sannois. The Bad:My only gripe was that after a brief trip to the nearest supermarket, I came back to the room, door wide open - obviously in the process of being cleaned, but no cleaner in sight. Several rooms were left open like this, and with the lack of a safe in the room, meant that any valuables could've been lifted by anyone.
