  The worst hotel experience in my life - HAS BADBUGS

  The hotel has bedbugs. Found a live one crawling on the wall after getting back late on the day we checked in.We left to another hotel after changing rooms where we ended up finding a dead bedbug as well.The management completely ignores our emails despite filling out all the necessary paperwork asking for reimbursement since we had booked for 5 nights and leaving after the first (sleepless) one Yann FERRAZ, General Manager at Campanile Paris Ouest - Boulogne, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   Small and basic room, small bathroom. It was perfectly proportioned for what we needed it for(we used it just as somewhere to sleep whilst in Paris). It was very close to a metro station and easily accessible from the train stations. About 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower on the metro. Lots of shops and restaurants in the near vicinity and the staff were very helpful.   Avoid at all cost

  This place is a dump. We staid 10 days — no hot water, rooms are not made, staff is rude, knows nothing, lies to you. Horrible. Don’t go there. We were prepaid so it would have been expensive to drop this place and go somewhere else more decent. The manager to whom we complained several times didn’t offer to rebate some of our charges.   Great location, Near Metro station and bus station "Marcel Sembat"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, Tea making serviceat the room.Small elevator, Small bathroom, 24 hour access without any problems.

  Overall, the service was very goo; the hotel is super clean; rooms are not fancy but they are clean and functionnal ; the location is very goodHowever; you'll sleep badly because of the bad quality of the bedding: old mattresses hurt back and heavy pillows hurt neck with sometimes noisy guests in corridor...
