  Avoid at all costs!!

  Awful, awful & awful! Upon entering the lobby you’re greeters with a smell of rotten vegetables. Walking to your room you are lined with stained walls & industrial carpeting with a variety of stains, pulls & other unidentified things. Inside your room, you’re greeted with muggy, hot air which you’re unable to do anything about since the AC doesn’t work (yes I told the staff, yes they don’t care, no they don’t even own fans). You can’t open a window since there’s no screens & it would invite bugs to come visit their friends that have already worked themselves inside. Yes, that’s right!! Bugs!! Over 13 different species, in the beds, in the room, in the bathroom. And when reported to the front desk their response “nobody else has complained”. I was with a group of people in multiple rooms & multiple people complained. The breakfast is a joke. Stale bread, soggy browned fruit, dirty tasting burnt coffee. No protein of any kind. Inedible, especially after a night of no sleep! Avoid at all costs!! While we are open to constructive criticism, we cannot let exaggerated or inflammatory claims go unanswered, especially when they are damaging to the reputation of our team who work daily to maintain a clean and functional environment.Nevertheless, we took your feedback seriously: pest control inspections have been reinforced, and a review of our rooms and ventilation systems is underway. As previously announced, our air conditioning system is currently being evaluated as part of a broader renovation plan, which limits our flexibility during seasonal transitions.Regarding breakfast, we acknowledge that the offer was not up to standard that day, and we are addressing this with our team.Lastly, we regret that you chose not to escalate your concerns to the Duty Manager during your stay. Our team is present 24/7 precisely to handle urgent matters and assist guests on site — not after the fact, and not through hostile online reviews.We welcome honest feedback, and we use it to improve.   Great staff!

  I have to say it’s an excellent hotel, with very friendly staff. They have a present to both my children an really nice back pack with toys in. It was clean and very quiet. Spacious would really recommend, the breakfast was great too!   A great overnight stop hotel

  We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in February. From the moment we arrived the service we received was excellent. Norbu on reception was especially helpful even providing us with a tray of glasses, plates, cutlery & serviettes when we ordered takeaway in. The rooms were basic but very clean & breakfast was fresh & plentiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.   In the vicinity of public transportation, a good hotel. Clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed.Check-in was a bit long because the officer was also very busy with the bar. I skipped breakfast, too expensive.   Very clean, quiet and the staff is very welcoming. Every measure is taken so as to prevent guest to guest contamination. They also make it easy to respect the before-dinner-time curfew thanks to partnerships with delivrering restaurants. They provide plates and cutlery for your dinner. Very practical. Thank you!
