    Disappointing stay. We had to leave the moment we checked in. There was No ac in the room was super hot and the staff response was to tell us to open the windows. We sweltered in the heat, unable to escape the sweltering temperatures. It was like being trapped in a sauna.The staff was super unfriendly and not helpful.Also, the moment we walked in, we were hit with a musty smell. My allergies flares up and my body got red. The room was tiny, with a bed that creaked and groaned with every move. Needless to say, we won't be back. Save your money and stay elsewhere!"

    very good hotel for accomodation, also very clean, but it kind of far from center 40 min by train line C.get off from train at eiffel tower , last trip to get back at 11:30pm after that it so hard to go back to hotel.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

    The rooms are quite used-up, the bathroom drain didn't work properly. Cleanliness and comfort is fine, wifi was working properly.     good service but rooms and corridors are dirty. room were extremely cold, no possibility to adjust the heating system. i've added a blanket on the bad that was smelling extremely bad. i'm often in this hotel but quality is decreasing rapidly Quentin G, Directeur général at Campanile Paris Ouest - Gennevilliers Barbanniers, responded to this review Hello Dear,Thanks a lot to share your experience in our hotel.But we were surprise in all our room you have a special adaptater for heater.
