  After reading some of the previous reviews I was a bit sceptical, however I could not fault the hotel, rooms or the staff during our stay and was very pleasantly surprised. Our check in was quick and smooth and we had a room on the second floor of the main property. The room had everything we needed for our base whilst going to Disneyland Paris. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We returned to the hotel during the day for a break and each time the room had been serviced and fresh towels left. On one occasion we needed more towels and asked at reception who swiftly gave us more. At no point during our stay could we hear anything from adjacent rooms and slept very well. The hotel advises that breakfast does get busy between the hours of 800 - 930am, which is expected. We attended breakfast each morning at 7am and were seated straight away and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was extensive with cereals, pastries, pancakes, fruit, cold meats and hot options. I feel some people need to realise that you are in France when comparing sausages etc to English ones! We found it as good and even better than breakfast options in other countries. We ate in the bar area every night and the pizzas and panini’s were delicious! The bar staff were very good English speakers and very friendly. We did not try the restaurant due to time.The hotel has an area with goats, donkeys and rabbits which the children loved looking around each morning and evening. The hotel reception area also housed two parrots that talked and kept the children entertained whilst waiting for Ubers. We used the shuttle bus a couple of times but not during peak hours as an uber or walking was easier. The buses are shared between 4 adjacent hotels and as expected do get very busy. They were busy but we found people friendly and the driver always squeezed everyone in! On the whole we had an amazing couple of days and for the money paid this hotel did not disappoint. We would definitely return if visiting Disney Paris again.   So let's start with the positives. It was fairly cheap and the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the location is a 10 minuite drive from the disney parks and its a 10 minute walk from a supermarket. Now for negatives. The adjacent rooms can be heard clear as day to the point of hearing conversations and every door closed from other rooms around your own will wake you up. So a good night's sleep is proabably not going to happen. The breakfast is terrible (if your English you most likely will not enjoy it) the French might. We ended up skipping it 2 days out of 4. Lastly the free shuttles for any of the hotels in this chain along the same road is okay out of peak times. Mornings are a struggle and you may need to wait for the 3rd or 4th one as its worse than the London underground. DO NOT USE THE FREE SHUTTLE AFTER THE FIREWORKS OR LIGHT SHOW AFTER 11P.M. It was carnage, kids got trampled to the point I had to shout stop and tell people a kid is on the floor getting trampled by people trying to pile in (not even my own child a mother lost hers trying to get out of the mayhem but all safe and sound after) get a taxi for 20 to 30 euros if you value your safety. I am not a dramatic person and this is an honest review I genuinely felt the need to let people know. I would not recommend staying at this hotel in peak seasons. Maybe outside of peak it may be better.   Thankfully we only booked 2 nights and I will not be returning nor would I recommend to other families. Our room was ok, however it was extremely hot. We opened the window to air the room out as soon as we went in and turned the thermostat down to cool the room down. Of note, the weather was not hot. Due to having a baby with us, we could not keep the window fully open at night, and the full length thick curtains did not allow much air in anyway. It was clear from further inspection looking at the air con vents that these have not worked or been turned on for some time given the thick dust and cobwebs on them. During the night, my daughter became significantly unwell from what I suspect was overheating. I spoke to a member of staff on reception the following morning where I explained the air con in the room was broken and that my daughter had become extremely unwell overnight I suspect from overheating. The response I received was “this is just the temperature, no air con”. This hotel advertises air con and this is false. I dread to think what it is like in the heat of summer!!! I have only added 2 stars rather than 1 because of the gentleman who hosted the breakfast room, who was incredible, friendly with lovely customer service.   Poor value and noisy nights.

  One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I expected far better considering it’s advertised as a Disney partner hotel. The rooms were stuffy, outdated, and had absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever. Every night there were families running through the corridors screaming, slamming doors until almost 1am, making it impossible to sleep.The food facilities were also extremely disappointing, with very limited options available unless you wanted to pay ridiculous prices shopping inside, which felt completely extortionate. To make matters worse, there are barely any alternative restaurants or shops nearby, so you’re basically trapped paying overinflated prices.Overall, a stressful and frustrating experience that completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
