    We were 2 weeks in this hotel to support our grandson who was in a hospital nearby. For this purpose the hotel was perfect and convenient: very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, very good dinner buffet, close to the hospital, public parking in front of the hotel for free; the room was basic but certainly ok.     I stayed there for a busniss trio at IGR hospital it was very hotel clean , nice staf you have pssibility eating at the hotel the room is small but as european standard is good but the last night at my stay i was a hell due to noise comming from the gusts of hotel nothing around the area as attraction AZEDDINE EL GHARBI, General Manager at Campanile Villejuif, responded to this review Good morning,Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on our hotel.We are happy you had a good stay among us; however as far as the noise is concerned, next time tell us because we can help in that case.Please note that downtown is 5 min away from our hotel by bus, and the center of Paris is 20 min away by metro, next time ask our staff, we can inform you about the outings to do.See you soon!Aurélia

    Some efforts to make!

    First of all, I haven't been warmly welcomed at my arrival, the staff was average, not that smiling and pleasant. However, the food proposed by the hotel's restaurant was good. There was a lack of personal, on the morning, the tables for the breakfast hadn't been cleaned. The wifi connection was disabled for my room early in the morning, although I had no intention to leave early, with the excuse that I had paid the evening before and that my file was closed.     The reason why I chose this hotel was because it was one of the cheapest. When we arrived (after check-in time), the room was not cleaned and was in the process of being cleaned from the last visitors. This meant at arrival we had to leave the cleaner to clean. However, the room was comfortable and had all the amenities that were necessary. The only problem I had with the hotel was the location. It was quite inconvenient and out of the way.     One in a row of many alike

    Staff at reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but sufficient for a short stay. The rooms, shower and bathroom were clean! Hotel breakfast is a bit of a chaos due to the central location of the buffet and its layout which is circular. Consequently all people are running and bumping in to each other trying to get access to the buffet. The buffet itself is quite OK offering a rather wide variety of cereals, sandwiches/croissants, eggs yoghurts, cheese, etc....Evening diner in hotel restaurant is OK with choise from te menu or a suggestion menu all to be taken from the buffet. The food is not high end but is surprisingly tastful and OK. Parking at the hotelparking is expensive but still less expensive than to park in city parkings.Rooms at street side are not very quite, even not at top level. Windows are allowing to pass streetlevel noise! Overall a passing through hotel like many others styme Mercure, Ibis etc...
