  Unfortunately, I had the bad luck to be booked here by an airline after a cancelled flight. I can’t say much more than it’s horrible. Unclean - I didn’t even want to step on the carpet so I put towels down (towels which were not clean and had stains on).   ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – DO NOT STAY HEREThis hotel was one of the most horrifying experiences I’ve ever had.When I arrived, they gave me a room that was absolutely disgusting: feces in the toilet, pubic hair in the shower, and towels stained with something red. Completely unacceptable hygiene.But what happened next was truly terrifying. At 1:00 a.m., a hotel security guard tried to break into my room, violently kicking the door and trying to force it open for over 20 minutes. I was alone. When I finally opened the door and shouted at him, he claimed to be “government security” and, after I confronted him, he just said “désolé” (sorry in French) and ran away.I was scared for my life.I called the front desk nonstop from 1:00 a.m. until 5:00 a.m. and no one ever answered. Not a single response during an emergency like that. I was completely alone and unprotected.When I finally managed to report the incident in person, the receptionist was more irritated than I was, offered no help, and showed zero empathy.This place is not just dirty and mismanaged — it is a real danger to your safety. If you are a woman traveling alone, please do not stay here. What I went through felt like a horror movie.   Motel not a Hotel

  Motel not a HotelOK I had no idea that “motels” actually existed outside of America. That a hotel room with the door leading to the outside of the hotel. A first for me. On to the review. A very basic but nice motel.Due to a family health emergency, I ended being a long term stay (about 3 weeks in total) If you are looking for something functional and adequate, then you will be ok. The area is very working class immigrant heavy but I never felt unsafe nor did my wife, despite the fact of having to walk take the bus by herself. Rooms are small with almost no storage. No in-room safe either.Beds are small but comfortable.Being a motel meant I had to put the blinds down every night. A 3 floor motel with no elevator.Air conditioning is present but so weak, it's hard to believe it is working.Has functioning A/C!!!!!!Like the rest of the room, the bathroom is small but adequate.Excellent WifiHas a kettle (I always bring tea with me)The reception area is nice.What steals the show there is their restaurant area. Very nice and the food is just incredible. The staff is also incredible and will do everything to make you stay a pleasant one.   DIRTY UNDERWEAR LEFT IN BATHROOM- zero housekeeping

  It is OK for a 1 or 2 night stay for business.HOWEVER THE ROOM CLEANING IS DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING. I have just found somebody's dirty underwear behind the bathroom door as I was intending on taking a shower. You can't make this up!!!! What establishment employs incompetent housekeeping that you leave the previous guest DIRTY UNDERWEAR BEHIND THE BATHROOM DOOR. !!!! 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫.REFUND/COMPENSATION URGENTLY REQUESTED AND MANAGEMENT TO RESPOND TO THIS IMMEDIATELY.   Had one night here. It looks like a prison. I was in an accessible room on the ground floor. The room was dark and the bedside lights did not work. It felt very oppressive. The room is small with a bed and a table plus chair. The electrical sockets were positioned in a way that I could not fit my plugs into them. The carpet under the chair was really wet. The bed was very low but comfortable but there were holes in the sheet. The air con unit was hanging off of the wall - looked very dangerous. The bathroom was accessible was a wet room but the whole floor got wet and stayed that way all night. I had to put a large towel on the floor so I did not slip on the floor - not good in any room particularly an accessible one. There was no fan in the room. It felt dodgy and unsafe there with arguments outside the room and shouting. I had to get a friend to check that I was locked in from the outside because I couldn’t tell from within.
