  GREAT LOCATION PITY ABOUT THE HOTEL !

  Not going to lie the place is a bit of a dump, a clean dump mind you ! It needs a total refurb . Need to get rid of carpets, especially on stairs. Wallpaper hanging off walls, scuff marks all over painted walls & reception is an eyesore ! Our room was spotless & location is fab. Would not return or recommend !

  A modern and clean hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, we had a wonderful view out of our French windows which we loved. The location was super! The location feels very residential which adds to the vibe. There are lots of restaurants, boulangerie, supermarkets and bars nearby. You are a 10-minute walk away from either the Cambronne or Sèvres-Lecourbe metro stations. Champ-De-Mars is a 20 minute walk away too.

  My honest review of a couples stay (let down by noisy neighbours)

  Me and my partner booked this hotel as the location was good and the pictures on the website looked fantastic for the money.We stayed here for 3 nights (Thursday to Sunday) and cost us around €300 plus city tax at around €33 for us both for the three nights.(payable on arrival).On first impressions walking in it looks ok, carpets were tired and narrow stairs leading to our floor/room (4th floor room 403).There is a small lift available that can carry 2people plus our luggage but wouldn’t try for a third person.On entering the room it was small but what did we expect for the money, plus we just needed a bed to sleep in and washing facilities which is what we had.Best way to describe the condition is a polished turd, they have tried to make an effort to modernise it but on a budget in my opinion.The bed was comfortable, nice pillows and lining, fresh towels everyday, clean and tidy, and working AC (temperamental at times).If your one that carries a bit of weight, then you might struggle to use the shower, the doors are so narrow to enter and moving around it to wash is next to impossible.On closer inspection there where a few things that let it down to look at, like stains on the roof, holes where screws used to be and cracks in the tiles from old shelving that’s been removed.The shower head could also do with a deep clean as this was minging.But all that wouldn’t have bothered us to the point to give this a moderate review if it hadn’t been for the noisy neighbours above us, our first night there we were shattered so when we couldn’t sleep due to the stomping of the people in the room above us we just put it down to us being picky.The next night we had come back from Disney for the day and again was shattered and was very sleepy but again those same neighbours were stomping around, each of these nights it quietened down by around 12 midnight.However, the final night was where it was too much, by 1:15 in the morning I had to get dressed and go down stairs and complain to the night staff, they were apologetic even though it wasn’t there fault and I assumed they had contacted those individuals, however by 1:50am I had to get dressed again and complain, this time I stayed while they contacted them and threatened to call the police if they didn’t stop.Luckily this was enough to shut them up but it spoiled our stay here and naturally I felt as though it made me tired the next day from having a bad nights sleep and having to check out on the Sunday morning.As I said it’s a shame the neighbours let it down because we could have had a really good stay here if it wasn’t for them.You could argue I should have complained days earlier but we are not ones to make a fuss and hate any confrontation but according to the staff, those individuals were very young and clearly had no respect for other people.All in all, the room was as good as what we paid for and for the time we spent in it, we got what we wanted and needed from it.We didn’t use the dinning facilities so cannot comment on that, we just ate out in the city (which was expensive) but we budgeted for that.If your expecting 5star or high standard facilities, I’d skip this hotel, it’s fine for somewhere to store your luggage, use the safe for passports and valuables, and wash and sleep but if you plan to use the hotel for more staying in, it’s not really the place for that.Would I stay here again? Probably not, call me a snob but I just felt it was misleading by the pictures and was just not to the standards I expected.I wish I’d know what it was really like and would have paid more to stay somewhere else.I hope my pictures give you all a better idea of the conditions and what you are paying for.Enjoy, Rich

  Fantastic location, very comfortable beds, good shower and very professional staff. Even with an issue that happened once, they sorted it out in a heartbeat. Besides breakfast, we went out each morning to the local bakeries, so I can’t really comment on that. However, for budget I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Room was dirty, wallpaper coming from the wall, bathroom shower was barely any pressure in the shower, breakfast when we came had nothing left except 1 yogurt and the WiFi is not existent, will never rebook and stay here again, much better options around
