Atrocious rude people run this Centre Parcs Village Nature near Paris - don’t go.

    rating10 Apr 2026

This was such a promising week when it started. The accommodation (6 bedrooms) was basic, clean and the best person on the whole campus was Zakia who was the cleaning lady and absolutely excellent. However, the fans in some bedrooms did not work and despite numerous visits by technicians still did not work all week - so a misery of hot bedrooms for some family members.(Nine of us in total)Moreover the the last technician to attend to fix the fans refused to come inside, telling my 19 year old to wait all afternoon for his colleague - who then never turned up to fix the fan which still does not work, and caused her to miss one of the booked activities we had paid for. The food and beverage offering is pretty awful. The bistrot is the best of the restaurants available with friendly staff albeit a limited menu. However the burger shop closes at 3 pm! So no service of food beyond that from that shop - absolutely pathetic. Two of our hired bikes broke during the week and had to be changed. In fairness the young lady in the bike shop was very helpful in resolving this inconvenience. There is one man in the farm cafe who was really helpful, smiling and polite. All other staff really could not care less about customer service - from the young lady in charge if themThe queries are miles long to get a coffee. The supermarket queue is slow and very long, with tills that are mostly closed because they don’t work, with no milk, no eggs, no fizzy water. on more than one occasion. We waited half an hour to lay on one occasion and the lady had to check our shopping through three times in order to get her till to work. The queue for coffee at the farm took forever - one person serving the long queue - three other men watching from behind the counter but not doing a thing to help speed up service. The rest of the staff team could not care less about the customers who are paying for their wages - - the young lady who was busily refusing access to the little children who arrived 5 minutes late for the pet farm session they had paid for and booked (they had had a bike crash)- the huge bully of a security guard in the swimming pool who discriminated against my daughter (I suspect colour and her petite size ) because the drill on her swim suit was too long and threw her out of the pool.- The manager (Christophe) backed this security guards action whilst all his security team were content with other women similarly attired and after they had been entirely happy with my daughter’s swim suit literally every day for the preceding full week!- When I complained to the same huge guard he reversed his security ID and refused to give me his name, telling me in broken English what sounded exactly like F&&£ You when I continued to complain. - a young person wearing Centre parcs branded uniform, speaking very good english, and carrying a radio on the pool side, also witnessed my polite complaint but also refused to give me his name , simply laughing with his young colleague at my daughter having been told to leave-The same bully of a security guests (huge man) then refused to allow my granddaughter to stand inside the main door of the pool and prevented her standing in the foyer evicting her into the teaming rain outside to return back to our-distant cottage. The male shop assistant who having seen my wife (lady of colour - theme here) buy her small grandson an cuddly toy, literally chased him out of the store two minutes later accusing him of stealing it causing the poor child to sob because he had done something wrong. These are just a few of less than satisfactory incidents that very much took the shine off our week. No more Centre Parcs for me - I can see why not many French people were staying here - they know much better than to waste their money on either rude lazy bullying staffWe had had enough and are now LEAVING A DAY EARLY rather than continue with this nonsense. We are staying in 6246 cottage for week commencing 6 April - so will be interesting to know if CP care at allUnhappy customers to say the least Hotel Manager, Owner at Villages Nature Paris, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback; it helps us a lot!Nick, we are truly sorry your holiday did not turn out as you had hoped and that you left disappointed. We greatly appreciate your kind words for Zakia in our housekeeping team and are delighted that the cleaning met your expectations. Also, our colleagues in the bike rental and at the farm café will be pleased to hear their helpfulness made a difference to your visit. However, we are truly sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret that you faced setbacks with technical support in the cottage, issues with customer service, delays at the shops and cafés, and disappointing interactions with some members of our staff and security. We understand how much this affected your family’s enjoyment and recognize your disappointment regarding activities, restaurant experience, and the feeling of not being welcome.Nonetheless, thank you for sharing feedback on all the positive moments you experienced. It is important for us to know when certain team members made you feel supported or brought a smile during your stay.It would be a pleasure to see you again for a better stay !The Center Parcs Team

    Trouble with online booking

    rating04 Apr 2026

We are really excited for our trip BUT booked online and the confirmation date from email is different than our date we booked. Been trying to contact someone but there is only one phone number and no email contact. I've tried for the last 2 days to correct the problem for our upcoming trip with no success. A little frustrated, hoping this gets resolved before our trip in 2 weeks. Guest Relation, Owner at Villages Nature Paris, responded to this review We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your booking date and understand how frustrating it must be to try to resolve this without success. Could you contact us through our social media? We hope you can look forward to your holiday in two weeks. The Center Parcs Team

    Exceeded all expectations

    rating15 Mar 2026

After reading a lot of the reviews on here we were a little apprehensive but were heading there to visit Disney so thought it would be a base if nothing else. But we had the best week ever! We did opt for a premium cottage so the accommodation felt very new and really clean. It had everything we could need to cook in regards to pots, pans and utensils (except an oven! But we just opted to meals we could cook on hob or grill). My only slightly negative comment was that we found the bed quite hard. The facilities at the park were great and there was so much for our 6 year old to do. The pool was fantastic, there were lots of slides, a lot that she could go on and a few that were slightly more extreme for us! There is also a lazy river and they are currently building rapids which will make the pool even bigger. We went out of school holidays and during the week we didn’t need to queue for slides, slightly busier at the weekends but not too bad. The pool and changing rooms were clean. There is a lovely farm you can visit and also a big indoor play centre (which has a bar! So both parents and kids are happy!)We also had an activity credit with our booking so our daughter did a horse ride one day which she loved and it was really well.organised.The park is a 10min drive to Disney so it couldn’t be easier. We did 2 days at Disney and loved it. We also caught the train into Paris one day and again it was really easy.I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a fun base for Paris/Disney with kids. Guest Relation, Owner at Villages Nature Paris, responded to this review We’re thrilled to hear you had the best week ever and that your Premium cottage felt new, clean, and well-equipped for your stay. It’s great to know the facilities met your needs and that there was so much for your 6-year-old to enjoy, from the fantastic pool with slides and lazy river, to the lovely farm and big indoor play centre. We’re glad you made the most of your activity credit with the horse ride, and that it was so well organised. It’s wonderful that our location made visiting Disney and Paris so easy for you, and that you enjoyed both trips.Thank you for recommending us as a fun base for Paris and Disney with kids. We look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay! The Center Parcs Team

Four Days Without a Functional Toilet – Family Stay (1–4 December)

    rating22 Feb 2026

Stayed from 1 to 4 December with my family (5 people) at this Disneyland Paris partner accommodation as part of a package including park tickets. On the first day, the toilet stopped working. The issue was reported immediately, and we were informed that maintenance would be sent. However, no repair was carried out during the entire stay. For four consecutive days, five people had to use buckets to flush the toilet, with only one bathroom available. This created unacceptable hygiene conditions and made the accommodation effectively uninhabitable. When returning from the parks at night, the reception was closed, making it impossible to escalate the issue or request a room change. After the stay, Disneyland Paris acknowledged the problem and offered €275 as compensation. While I appreciate the acknowledgement, this amount does not reflect the seriousness and duration of the situation, particularly given that basic sanitary functionality is a minimum requirement for any accommodation.I remain open to a fair resolution that better reflects the accommodation portion of the package. This review is shared to inform future guests and encourage proper quality control over partner accommodations. Guest Relation, Owner at Villages Nature Paris, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your detailed experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the unacceptable conditions you faced during your stay, particularly the lack of a functioning toilet for four consecutive days. We understand how difficult it must have been for five people to manage with buckets in a single bathroom, and we agree that basic sanitary facilities are a minimum requirement for any accommodation. We also recognise the frustration of not being able to escalate the issue or request a room change when the reception was closed at night. While we appreciate that Disneyland Paris acknowledged the problem, we understand your view that the compensation offered does not reflect the seriousness and duration of the situation. We will share your feedback to review maintenance response times, communication, and quality control. We hope we can welcome you back in the future for a stay that meets your expectations in every way.The Center Parcs Team

    Nice Family Weekend

    rating18 Feb 2026

After reading reviews before our trip we were slightly apprehensive. We did not need to be. This was a lovely weekend away before our trip to Disney. We arrived at around 4pm so we were able to go straight to our cottage. Parking was close by which was great. Our cottage which was a 2 bedroom vip was lovely. Bigger than we thought it would be. Comfy bed and bedding. Not a rat in sight all weekend. Everything needed for the 4 of us. Staff were all nice. We hired a golf buggy for our time there this was great fun. Swimming was very good. A few slides closed but this can happen at any swimming facility. Food was ok, supermarket well stocked. Did bowling this was good fun and didn't cost anything as we used our 30 euro free credit from booking early. Guest Relation, Owner at Villages Nature Paris, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Emma.
