  It was a wonderful experience with friendly and nice staff who ensured this pigeon's stay in Paris is unforgettable. We even had quite a few lovely chats! The room itself is clean and tidy with a good lighting. This lil Pigeon recommend you for staying Hotel Charing Cross! ★~(◠ω◕✿)

  I am a size 12 and struggled to get into the shower with the shower door, no room to move. Rooms where cleaned ok but everyday the cleaner would leave dirty cloths on our belongings. There were tea and coffee but no milk and when I question the milk they said they didn’t allow milk in the room. The corridor was narrow and they had a big pointy table that left little room to move. Reception staff were friendly but I still would not recommend staying here .   For the price point this is a very reasonable hotel. The room was clean with a modern bathroom but be warned, they are very small rooms and some amount of agility is needed to get between the shower and the toilet! I was traveling for business so I didn’t care. The staff were friendly, overall nothing to complain about when you consider the cost.   Hotel and the rooms are very nice clean and comfortable. Ate well at breakfast. This is a small hotel with limitations but staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a central base this is worth booking. Recommend and will come back.Location - 100m to the entrance to st Lazare metro.   We knew more or less what to expect, since we had booked a three star hotel in G5890dialetti!Paris, with a great central location. I had a three bed room, (the one in the first picture), so I had more space than others. But we knew about the size of the rooms, as it is very obvious in the pictures of the hotel. The bathroom was renovated and worked fine. Breakfast was fine. Not a huge variety, but there was enough, both sweet and salty. But the cleaning lady should be a bit more careful and attentive.The staff in general was very polite, helpful and friendly. I forgot my laptop there and they send it back to me, which I appreciate greatly.
