    This hotel deserves 10 stars. First off, the staff is extraordinary. They are all so helpful kind and patient. (I lost my passport ) they went above and beyond d to help me. It feels like you are home they are hands on and there to help you have an amazing experience. I can't believe I got a wrap around balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower for this price. The location faces Cartier and the most amazing restaurants and shops. I have been amazed! The breakfast in next level the bar is quaint and cool it's the best hotel for this price in Paris !     Elegant hotel one block off Champs Elysees, and it fits in perfectly. Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, rooms adequately large and restaurnt food superior.     Great stay for the Paris Marathon!

    Stayed here last week for several days and picked this hotel due to the proximity of the start and finish of the Paris Marathon (which was perfect!). Arrived at 9:30am and was told to come back around 1pm for early check in and as promised had a nice quiet room as requested, which was very nice due to the jet lag. Room was nicely cleaned daily, breakfast everyday was fantastic, there was staff that knocked on the door in the evening to check in and give chocolate which was a very nice touch! Very central location and close to the metro, enjoyed the balcony that had a great view and the cherry on the top was the last night of the stay being able to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle!     I have traveled more than 30 years with nice experience and hotels over the world. In this hotel I met the most unfriendly, rude person in my life. I can’t believe that was fact. Other people are very nice but this experience with this “gentleman “ on the reception which don’t like to say even hello or to ask me why I’m waiting and after that on my question “ is it possible to ask you something “ he repeat it with smile on his face, this was under all my understanding and not only that. France is amazing place but I hope you never met people like this one.     We stayed here over the New Year choosing this hotel for it's prefect location. We had a room looking to the Eiffel Tower and it lived up to our expectations. A family member had a room on the other side of the hotel and we were able to watch the new years fireworks from the balcony when we couldn't make it through the crowds to get to the Champs Elysee. The staff are exceptional in every interaction we had with them. We stayed in a Privilege Room - both Privilege rooms were huge especially compared to other Paris hotels.
