    We stayed with my wife. The hotel is very clean, the employees were very helpful. It's great that the toilet in the room is automatic. It's great to be able to ask for coffee whenever you call the lobby every hour. A clean, organised, safe hotel. Very close to the opera, centre ,Glaries Lafeyette. I definitely recommend it. Officer Maisha (I hope I wrote it correctly) was very helpful, thank you

    The pictures don't make justice to what you get. Very deceiving...The entrance of the lobby Hotel is through a tiny sideway.The baths are overrated. It is a Jacuzzi with loud music. The water was cold. The room temperature was cold when I arrived. I tried to heat it up on the room AC display. Didn't happen. Freezing on the first night. Second day, arrived at the hotel, room still cold. Went to the the lobby to complaint. Reply: Please wait 30 to 45 minutes for the room to be heat centrally...In the morning I found out that the wet towels, along with the wet bathrobes that me and my daughter, used on the baths are still wet, and are the ones we are supposed to use to shower... The temperature outside is -1 degrees Made a personal complaint with the person in charge showing my discontent with the situation. She told me if I wanted dried towels I should have let them on the bathroom floor...Very, very bad...

    Overall a very average experience and far too expensive for what you actually get. Unlucky enough to be in the hotel on a 'festival weekend' so difficulty sleeping because of noise from the bar/restaurant until the early hours. Not good for us but not counting towards our score as we were perhaps just unlucky. The room was 'superior' but felt anything but. Very cramped with only just room to walk around the bed. Very dark as the small window looked out onto the lower part of a space between buildings. We were told coffee wasn't in the room but could be collected from the bar for free. This meant nice coffee but not nice to collect when a party was going on (kids parties during daytime as well as adult parties at night). So, you were put off asking for it. A bottle of water left in the room on arrival but not any day afterwards. The shower was nice but inconsistent...sometimes taking a few attempts to turn on. The sink wouldn't drain (at least for ages). Some positives though. The breakfast was very nice and the breakfast area a nice place to sit. The staff were lovely. Room service was fine. So, a two star review if you are bothered by noise and visit at a festival weekend. A three star (just) if you discount that. It's our 5th city break of the year. One of the more expensive places we have stayed but the room was probably the worst (including one place that was half the cost). It definitely felt not superior

    Fun, funky and comfortable

    Lovely small hotel very close to the metro and walking distance to the Louvre. Rooms were fun and funky but most importantly the bed was SO comfortable. Our room was spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful, very relaxed. On the Thursday night when we came back to the hotel there was a full on disco going on and very busy but when we got to our room on the fourth floor we did not hear the dreaded boom boom. Fun and funky place to stay.

    Very nice hotel in the center of Paris. Rooms are relatively spatious (for Paris standards), and the stuff is super nice and helpful. Unlike many other hotels in Paris, the style is more modern, which gives a nice vibe to the hotel. A bit expensive, although within Paris standards. Recommended!
