  I wanted a hotel out of center city with a kitchenette. Size was great, had huge bathtub, a lot of little amenities, and my room had a small balcony. A bit dated, no USB connections but plenty of wall sockets. Bed was comfortable and supplied a fan for warm nights. Quite neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries. Between two metros. Awesome pizza place near by I highly recommend.   Excellent stay on one bedroom apartment

  We had a great stay at this aparthotel in a one bedroom room with sofa bed in lounge and a late balcony. A group of 4 women, we felt very safe here and the staff were extremely helpful. We didn't eat breakfast here but it was available for 11 euro per day per person. The one bedroom apartment was great for us, a large bed in the main bedroom and then a sofa bed in the living area. The room had a kitchenette and a really spacious balcony. The only thing we would change is the toilet being separate to the bathroom, there wasn't a sink in the toilet and so it would have been much better if they were knocked through into one spacious bathroom. The room was clean. The location is good. We visited cafe Oz rooftop bar and La Felicita which is a cool venue with bars and quirky decor in an old railway station. Both venues are great for a cocktail and great pictures. We walked to Minime Land Paris as we had a bag making workshop but walked through Jardin de Plantes (beautiful gardens) and Rue Cremieux (gorgeous colourful street perfect for photos) and it took about an hour. We walked through some great areas and it was fab being so close to things. We didn't walk to the Eiffel tower as it was a bit too far but an Uber cost 15 euro. We had great food and cocktails in two bistros at the end of the street the hotel was on, brilliant prices too. Overall, I would definitely return. The hotel was great and the staff were super friendly.   A good, clean, basic hotel, close too summer good places to eat and am organic grocery store, that has everything you need: laundry facilities, lounge with free coffee and tea, a back garden, good security, a small kitchenette in the unit,and the most helpful staff we have encountered in a while.   The 13 arr. is the BEST!

  First trip to Paris and after a lot of looking, decided on Citidines Austerlitz. We loved that there were "kitchen" amenities. Coffee drinks are complimentary which was excellent! The apartment was clean and we had one cleaning while there since we were over a 6 day stay. Washer and dryer were easy to use with the app required on our phone. Agree that some things could be updated in the bathroom but it was fine. the location is fabulous-quiet neighborhood, near to several Metro stops, grocery stores, cafes. a great vietnamese restaurant, Comptoir Vietnam is right next door. Most appreciated was the fabulous staff at the Citidines Austerliz. so warm, friendly, professional and very helpful! I wish I could remember all their names but those that worked from 23/10-01/11-----THANK YOU!! You made our trip the best and made Paris feel like home!   Great Paris vacation meeting budget

  Very happy with the experience reception staff was friendly and kind, spoke good English, provided with everything we needed. Keep up this staff. Great location with two metro stations at walking distance, Nationale at 3 mins roughly, Campo Formio around 5 minutes, and Gare D'austerlitz RER a little further about 10 minutes, as well as night buses serving the area after hours, so we could reach anywhere and also quiet but cozy residential area, felt as in living there. An Aldi nearby is also very convenient as well as many restaurants and cafes of all kinds. Spacious room, a little balcony and small yet lovely kitchenette for us to cook, so helpful, and enough amenities such as a iron and board and UK converter plugs, hair dryer, a safe. Clean bathroom. Small minor issues noticed but didn't takeaway from the experience (a glass had a stain of lipstick, someones very small hair in bed, a few dents in the flooring by the kitchen). Cleaning only once a week but it was okay for us staying only 10 days. We did not use the breakfast so cannot comment on it.Of course if one is expecting a 5 star hotel they would not be met with their expectations, but for what it offers, it was a great price/quality ratio and gives you exactly what advertised as an Aparthotel. Better than expected actually. Definitely recommend and would come back.
