Location

This apartment hotel is situated in the Parisian district of Marais, on the right bank of the Seine and close to the Bastille as well as the Place de la République. An abundance of shops and other entertainment venues as well as public are just a few steps away. In addition, Paris' most renowned tourist attractions are minutes away by car or can be reached on public transport. Orly airport, Charles de Gaulle airport and Euro Disney are around a 30-minute drive from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 30 apartments and 108 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

    Superb apartment at a really good price.

    What a great apartment, with a little kitchen and a nice bathroom, all well stocked with dishwasher tabs, corkscrew, toiletries etc. The beds were really comfortable, and the whole place was very clean. We also appreciated the excellent price. I will stay here again - it’s close enough to walk to the centre, if you’re up for walking a mile or so. The immediate area has supermarkets and a great Italian restaurant. Highly recommended.     Do not recommend Citadines Bastille Marais Paris

    We stayed for six nights. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of several train stations as well as restaurants and cafes. However, the photos on the website do not reflect the actual condition of the room.The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a broken shower screen, corroded wooden cabinets, and a damaged bathtub. Both sinks in the bathroom and kitchen were clogged, and we had to call staff to have the pipes unclogged. The bedroom wardrobe door looked like it was about to fall off at any time. There were thick layers of dust underneath the bed and sofa, and there was no lock on the toilet door. In addition, the laundry room was only available until 10 p.m.Guests are required to collect towels from reception, and tea and coffee must be taken from the lobby. Overall, we do not recommend staying at Citadines Bastille Marais Paris.     Great venue for a city break

    We've just had a fantastic 3 night stay in Citadines Bastille Marais. The location is excellent for restaurants and bars plus not far from the canal for a lovely walk towards Ile St Louis and Notre Dame. It is well served by various metros stations and lines for going all over Paris. On arrival we were told that we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise and they were doing advent themed prizes so we also got a free breakfast which was delicious. In our apartment the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and all the facilities you need if you want to cook anything. Also it was not noisy at all. The service at reception was warm, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was lovely for Christmas with the tree in reception put up when we there. Finally it is very good value, we have been before several times before and will definitely be back.     Great location and good transport links. Hotel was clean and reception friendly. Apartment was well proportioned, with all the basic facilities. Decor was a bit tired and although functional, the bathroom was scruffy and in need of modernisation.     I stayed in Citadines Bastille Marais Paris for 8 nights from 16 September 2025. It’s the first time that I stayed in this hotel.It’s very centrally located. Metro station Bréguet-Sabin (line 5) is only a 3-minute walk away. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to Place de la Bastille. There’re 2 Franprix supermarkets and many dining options nearby. Marché Bastille, a large and vibrant food market, operates on Thursday and Sunday mornings on Boulevard Richard-Lenoir which is just outside the hotel. I’d a studio on the 6th floor. Its furnishings and decor were a little dated. And they only cleaned the studio once every 3 or 4 days (I forget the exact frequency). However, the size of the studio (around 30 sq m), which is big by Paris standard, more than made up for the relatively minor issues above. It’s quiet in the hotel itself and the area outside so I’d some quality sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked about 3 months in advance and the rate was around 210 euros per night. When I visit Paris next time, I’ll stay there again.
