    Very rude customer service at the front desk. Need good training how to behave with customer. Stayed here for 6 days, front desk lady is embarrassing to your business ( 20th May 2026, 6:30pm), either give good training to them or remove from the job, not fit at all, lot to learn. We are staying with full payment, not free.     Great hotel with super staff

    Booked for family and were given rooms on the 3rd floor, overlooking the garden.Rooms were spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds and were soundproofed although, even with the windows open at night, it was still very quiet.Apartment kitchens are well equipped for making snacks/ basic meals and everything is supplied (cleaning products and towels). The location was perfect for exploring Paris and surrounded by a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and access to public transport, with ATMs nearby. The 24hr drinks machine in the reception was useful outside of breakfast hours with hot water, hot chocolate, coffees and teas available.However, the best thing about Citadines are the staff. Everyone we met was fluent in several languages, friendly ,helpful and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them and ,because of this, we will return to this hotel in the future.Montparnasse tour, just around the corner, is worth a visit.     We have just spent 4 nights in this hotel. We had a standard room which had a fridge and kettle. it was very clean. Staff on reception always polite. it is close to numerous bars and places to eat. Right opposite train station and metro.     Big room with kitchen. Great location which is close to the train station, restaurants, and multiple places to shop. Shower is a bit challenging to prevent leaking onto the floor.     Comfortable apartment hotel, very accessible to two metro stations and Gare Montparnasse and Luxembourg Garden. I Will visit and stay here again. Very friendly staff. Sensible amenities on site and so near open markets, groceries and very good restaurants.
