  I am currently staying here for a 6 night stay. The hot water has gone out (took an ice cold shower this morning), the elevator is broken, the stove in the room doesn’t work, and the hair dryer workers for about 30 seconds before stopping. I would not recommend staying here as I have had many inconveniences and not one remark that is the least bit understanding or accommodating. I do not recommend this hotel.   We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row now and each time rented a one bedroom apartment. Definitely agree that the place is in need of a major renovation and refresh….carpets are old and dirty; beds were Ok (in this case our bedroom had twin beds not a full bed). However the location cannot be beat. We found the staff to be very friendly, pleasant and helpful, especially Christelle. The breakfast was quite good - a good variety of hot and cold dishes. And good coffee! Also agree that the photos shown on their particular website of their rooms certainly do not correspond with the apartment rooms….   Only thing good is the location

  We stayed for one week. Two adults and a teenager. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. It is extremely run down and badly in need of renovating. Rooms are dark and stained - everything is old and worn out. Air con was broken. Staff were rude.   The location is very good, close to St. Germain area and Notre Dame. However, the room we had was horrible. There were holes in the wall, the "kitchen" was so poorly equipped one could not eat in it. The refrigerator was so frozen up and really needed defrosting. The bathroom had mold on the wall and the towels always smelled like old cooking oil. The carpet was worn out and dirty. There is no bar as advertised and you have to go to the front desk to get a cup to then get a coffee or latte. Maid service is only once a week if you stay a week. There is no ice maker or any other amenities. Basically a hostel with lots of kids running down the hall until late at night (after 11 p.m.) After maid service, there was long dark hair all over the tub, neither of us have dark hair. As we are an aparthotel, housekeeping service is provided on a weekly basis for stays of one week or longer; however, additional cleaning services can be arranged at any time for an extra charge.We would also like to inform you that an ice machine is available in the lobby for our guests’ use.   We had a studio apartment & it was perfect for our needs, compact kitchen, large bathroom with a heated towel rack, opening windows & the bed was very comfortable. And very clean although we did occasionally get a waft of cigarette smoke, but considering smoking seems to be still very populated here not unexpected. So close to almost everything, we walked everywhere! Close to a Monoprix to stock up if you wanted to eat in, plenty of cafe & restaurants near by, there are two coffee machines in the foyer for guest use. The laundry was excellent, just download the app & when a machine was free you are notified! Saved having to go & check every 10/15 minutes. We found all the staff to be very helpful.
