This apartment hotel is located next to Place du Trocadero (a 5-minute walk), and shopaholics will be delighted with its proximity to L'Avenue Victor Hugo and the Champs-Élysées (10 and 20 minutes' walk respectively), known as the most beautiful avenue in the world. The hotel lies in the 16th district, which is one of Paris' most luxurious areas, and guests will find restaurants, bars and links to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It is just a 10-minute walk to the River Seine, and the Eiffel Tower is 1 km away. Orly Airport is 25 km from the hotel, and it is 35 km to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 5 suites, 27 apartments and 70 studios located in a 6-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a conference room, a business centre, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

    Unsure where all the reviews have came from saying about rude staff as all staff I spoke to were lovely. Hotel itself is in a very good place and me and my friend felt very safe in that area. Was only a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and nearby metro lines to help see more of the city.Hotel was really clean, though we didn’t get room service for our 4 night stay but I suppose that is expected for an apartment hotel and when we needed more towels the woman on reception kindly let us know where to go if we needed more towels, toilet roll etc.Room was very spacious and we got a lovely big balcony, bed was comfy and as a whole the hotel was very modern.Has a little self serve coffee and tea machine in reception which was also great.     My recent stay at Citadines Trocadéro was wonderful! The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated between the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, with easy metro access. We walked to many landmarks and felt truly at the heart of Paris.The staff were exceptionally welcoming and supportive. great tips and making our stay even better.     The hotel fell far short of expectations. In spite of reserving a room with a shower I was given one with a bathtub. They were only able to change it the next day. The air conditioning did not work and they lied saying it was working. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was no stand to put your bags. Jasper and Josselyn at reception were smiling and charming but were unable to help in real time.
