Easy to/from the airport. Typical Citizen M bedroom but clean and shower was good. Great pizza at the lobby restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

First stay at this hotel that is about 20 mins from terminal 2 and close to terminal 3. The rooms are compact and fine, the bar / restaurant is not cheap and it’s very self service. The disappointing thing is it’s near no restaurants or anywhere to run / exercise such as a park. There is no gym on site and they don’t have an arrangement with any other facilities. However good, clean, stylish and staff are friendly.

This was a very nice, convenient hotel to CDG airport with an excellent breakfast and comfortable room. The restaurant also served lunch and dinner which was also excellent.

Location - Convenient to the airport.Atmosphere - Hip, everything done online BUT as a result, offline signage and instructions for using online tools are missing. The "human touch" is noticeably absent. Food - Cafe serves 3 meals. Very self-service, tech-based. You order food online, pay online, take a buzzer to the table, pick up a tray with your meal. They also want you to bus your table. Not service-oriented in the traditional sense.Room - small but fully equipped. You have to figure out the tablet control for the shades, the lights, etc., by trial and error - no instructions - and problematic if the tablet isn't working. Not much space for suitcases.Problems - Ventilation system - I woke in the middle of the night because chemical odors followed by airplane exhaust in the room, then the odor of distant cigarette smoke in the morning. Staff were very concerned when I reported the problem.Security - The deadbolt did not work. There were signs of a previous attempt to open the door with a pry bar - gouges in the door frame on the inside and outside. Staff seemed less concerned, mostly puzzled. Not sure they understood that door security is important for a woman traveling on her own.

This hotel is just a short walk from terminal 3, and there’s a free shuttle train to the other terminals, so its location is amazingly convenient. The room was comfortable with the usual hi-tech you’d expect - lights / blinds / aircon /tv all controlled via an iPad. The only downside during this one-night stay were two early morning fire alarms which despite being tiresome can’t be helped. Citizen M is now available through Marriott Bonvoy.
