Stayed at this hotel during a trip to paris, it is about a 10 min walk from the metro station. The room is cosy but modern, everything is controlled by the tablet, including the tv, light, blind and curtain. The lobby is modern and decorated vibrantly. The restaurant is located next to the lobby with a small menu selection.I slept well, the hotel was quiet and staff was friendly.

Super friendly welcome in a comfortable hotel

This hotel is exceptional The best people working there made my stay so good. It was a long trip - my colleague and I were there for 4 weeks in August. Very comfortable room, great shower, good WiFi and tech in the room. But all of that is nothing compared to the super friendly and dedicated staff. They all deserve praise but special shout out to Rosie and Victoria. Som things that could be improved? Fried eggs at breakfast! And the evening menus seem to be aimed at be traveller arriving late and just wanting a pizza or light bite. That said the cheeseboard and charcuterie boards were very good.But the other food items were kind of ready meal type. Tasty I guess but not really hotel food. Apart from that I could not be more pleased with the place and I will go again. Thank you

In my opinion, the following improvements could enhance customer satisfaction: (a) A breakfast menu, (b) A kettle in the room, (c) Coffee or tea in the room, (d) A welcome water bottle in the room, (e) Disposable covers in the room, (f) Daily or alternate day towel changes, (g) An iron in the room, and (h) A comfortable revolving chair in the room. Overall, I had a good stay, but I missed these facilities, which prevented me from fully appreciating the technology available at the hotel.
